GREAT FILM
Fantastic film with some great comical moments and top actors. Highly recommended and is up there with one of our favourite films. Not for those who do not like swearing and film is lengthy.

LET ME SELL YOU A STORY ?
The story is of plots, mixed loyalties, bribery and indeed blackmail andis told by an extortionist Fletcher (Hugh Grant) who has built a dossierover a period of time with the intent of receiving a large reward forinformation on Micheal Pearson's (Mathew McConaughy) illegal empire andthe goings-on within. He tells his story to Micheal's right-hand man Ray (Charlie Hunnam) tellingof how Ray intending to sell his London-based Marijuana Empire to thehighest bidder in the hope he can step-back and retire with his wife Rosalind(Michelle Dockery)However, there are those that will try to steal his domain from under himresulting in an ever-growing death count and a series of double-cross attemptswithin the groups that plot against him. Will Fletcher get his 20 million? Who will come out ahead in this tangled plot?Did take me a while to warm to this one in truth, however, warm to it I did...A film with a superb cast-list has much to make you smile along the way, moments to make you cringe with its frequent stong violence sequencescoupled with more than its fair share of strong language.....well, it is a GuyRitchie offering after all.Well worth a viewing.

Unexpectedly good fun. Most enjoyable.
This was a spec purchase as I am not generally a fan of the director and his work. But I enjoyed this a lot. It's a shaggy-dog story set amongst a group of 'gentlemen' British gangsters, played to the hilt by an all-star cast. The story moves at 100 mph so you will need to pay close attention. Lots of laughs too, if you are in the mood. Picture and sound quality were both reference level on my system.
