We are in the processing of transforming our bonus room from a kids playroom to a "mancave" for my husband. My husband loves the way this couch reclines. Although this sofa is not a "wall hugger" style, we can recline it with no problems by keeping it only about 4 inches from the wall. This sofa was delivered past the original delivery date given on Amazon, but it was worth the wait. It looks like leather, but the material feels nice and durable. Much nicer than the microfiber that was popular a few years ago. It was delivered with the backs off--which made it easier to get upstairs. It was very easy and simple to put the backs on. I would recommend this sofa for anyone who loves recliners. This sofa is nice for any living or family room. It does seem a lot larger than my more decorative and non-reclining sofa in my living room, so measure your room well before purchasing.

We received a damaged product, the metal frame has a clear dent so the entire sofa rests I. A crooked fashion, no way to replace it as the item is not in stock, manufacturer Ashley provides replacement parts but no service we need to fix them ourselves, not worth the risk as it’s a power recliner, so looks complicated, Amazon customer service is great but overall a bad experience buying furniture from Amazon. After paying more than 2k, we have no sofa, spent hours with customer service and now waiting for it to be picked for return, taking up space in our living area! Never buying heavy items from Amazon again!

This is a great looking sofa and very comfortable. The color is just like the photo and has a nice luxurious look and feel. The double power recliners are very quiet and easy to work. The backs pop in easily and you do not need a screwdriver like it says in the description. Also, it's very easy to connect the recliner motors in the back to the plug-in. Make sure you check under the sofa for the connector cords & plug-in before you pop the backs on. They're in a plastic bag secured with a tie strap and there's a red ribbon attached to alert you to it but it's easy to miss. I love this sofa and may add the matching loveseat or recliner chair in the future.

At first seats were firm, more we sit on it it become soft, but comfortable. I’m 5’3 need pillow support my back. So far the recliner is nice and comfortable when we lay down on our back. My roommate and family loved it.

The couch was moderately comfortable with good lumbar support and a great recline degree. It was sturdy and well built, but the leather was too soft for my taste, almost like calves leather, and always extremely warm.From the initial purchase it was *extremely* difficult to pull the recliner release, to the point that some guests could not get the leg rest to release. After a few years the left release simply snapped. Given the way it is engineered, it’s not possible to use a screwdriver or anything to work in place of the handle, so it simply doesn’t have that functionality anymore. My sofa before this one lasted for seven years, so for the price I was expecting to get more value than I did.

This is the second one I bought for a different location. The first one seemed a little longer on the foot rest but both a great and hold up well with dogs.

The couch looks nice and is comfortable, but when cleaning underneath it, there is always a build up of foam debris, like it’s flaking off of the foam material underneath. It can’t be good for the air quality and breathing. It’s like a thick layer of tiny foam particles that show up a day after cleaning, so constantly flaking off. Not sure if maybe the movement of putting up the foot rest causes more friction, and so more of the foam debris comes off. In any case, it’s a pain to clean and looks gross.

Love it, perfect couch. Comfortable and works with East. The first one was broken when delivered and Amazon cannot have been more cooperative. They were on it immediately and we had a new one in the old one taken away extremely fast.Thanks Amazon and Ashly furniture
