Nobody is going to prepare you for the first month of raising a baby. You will second guess every decision over the last year and probably consider throwing yourself into oncoming traffic. Untiiiiiiiil you get these drops. These things are an absolute life saver!It takes a bit of time to realize when your baby is gassy. My wife is breast feeding so we noticed when she would pull away or act "jerky" while she was eating then it was a sign she had a gas bubble. Often time some quick pats and bounces on the leg would remedy it but there are those times where you will try for an hour and your baby will not stop screaming. Honestly, I've been punched in the face and I would happily take that again to stop the crying... It's brutal.So if you think you see the signs and you can't get the gas out manually, give these a shot! It takes about 10 minutes before you see any effect. Often times it only takes one dose but per the directions you can give an additional dose every 15 min as needed. We have never given more than 2 in a single sitting.Some of the reviews mention babies burping right away but our girl usually takes a poo after these and always feels better.Get some sleep parents and have these drops in your back pocket just in case.

Both of my sons were colicky & I wish I knew about this product for my first born. We tried everything on this baby & honestly this is the best one with the EASIEST dispensing system. I absolutely LOVE that I dispense the liquid then throw away the tube. Easy to carry in the diaper bag & to store in my nursery where there's no sink to wash a syringe after like with other medicines. My baby has never choked on this liquid & opens his mouth when it's coming so it must taste okay (I'm gonna have to taste test it next time I give it as I'm curious now). I have an oversupply so my baby was really gassy & has reflux issues from that but this medicine helps calm his tummy almost right away. Now that my oversupply is better (he's almost 5 mos old now) his tummy issues aren't as bad but we still use this at least a couple of times a month. The other gas drops & stuff tells you to throw away the bottle after 30 days which can be so wasteful thank goodness these are individual dosages.

This stuff is incredible! My 2 month old has extreme colic and is up most of the day die to his colic. He used to cry and cry and never stop. We tried gripe water, gas drops, putting a tea of coriander mixed with formula we give him. We also buy him nutrimagen for his colic too. None of these options worked for us. He just continued to experience horrible pains. Oh we also gave him those colic baths recommended by Johnson & Johnson. This colic medicine was the first medicine that consistently delivered results for my little one. I no longer have a baby that cries all day long but a baby that is calm and happy. Because of this medicine I enjoy more moments with him smiling at me and cooing. Thanks Boiron! You saved me and my baby's sanity!! I will recommend this to others! I know a lot of folks who have the same issues with their babies!

It's amazing how amazing these little drops are. These truly have been a life saver for my son. My son would have a hard time passing gas, and it would wake him up at night. He would lay there squiring and wiggling around until he finally pulled his legs up to release it. These drops take a few minutes to kick in, but once they do I swear it is instant relief. I would administer them to him at night before he went to bed or any time his stomach seems a little bloated.I always have a pack with me and keep a stash at home. These helped me survived the first year as a new mom with a gassy baby. Definitely a must have for any house with kids.

I have been using it for my babyboy since 1 month.We had tried everything we could, different brands of gripe water (very hard for infants to swallow, cause it's too sweet and sticky),yes have you tried it by yourself? ????! Uhhhhhh, simethicone drops and bla bla bla....this is the best thing ever, easy to give for a small baby, absolutely tasteless, not a big volume of dosage (like gripe water-2,5ml) and the most important works in minutes -really,I don't know how come, but Yes! It's amazing! Don't hasitate! And seriously according to the price if you do some math in dosage you will realize it's a better price than gripe water or whatever surprisingly, just love it! BY THE WAY-they also have an amazing teething relief drops-works as well! !!!!! Ohhhh I forgot-a big plus-it's totally homeopatic!

A friend recommended this to me after I had tried everything under the sun . Unfortunately they did not work , my newborn was still fussy and gassy , I needed up having to change his formula and that helped a whole lot. On the plus side I like that they have little vials with exact dosing so you're not guessing what to give .

Price. Smell. Doesn’t seem to help, my baby doesn’t like it either. I’m disappointed because it’s natural. ( but it doesn’t smell like it. It smells kinda like rubbing alcohol), but the stuff that isn’t naturalnworks way better and quicker and it’s way cheaper.

It works ok. My infant had extreme gas issues, and this would maybe give a little relief after 15 minutes or so but definitely didn't completely resolve the issue. I usually did not try giving a 2nd dose because of the cost. I did like the single serve vials and how easy they were to give, even to a very small infant. It is about the only liquid drop he doesn't choke on. It's also easy to pack in the diaper bag and give on the go. Two thumbs up for that.
