Nice rack, good size, problem free, made multiple pizzas and other cooking on that. Buying a second one as the first one got lost while barbequing in the park

We use this Nordic pan for cooking bacon and it works great. We have been using it for a few years now and it has held up super well. It is a bit discolored from the grease and washing, but still holding up and works great. It is lightweight and holds a lot of bacon, but not a whole normal size package of Oscar Meyer. Easy to clean and drain hot grease or wait and scrape the cold grease. Works well for bacon in the oven.

Looks good, and I am sure it will work fine. I am upset that they show that they make their products are made in the USA, when half of what I bought was made in China. I can understand made in USA from imported materials, but not Imported from China when your company claims made in USA. I would not have purchased at such a high price if I knew the truth!! I changed to 4 stars due to the fact that atleast the make the sheet in the USA and it does work great. I felt cheated that it wasn't mentioned that the rack was made in China, but hopefully they will change that.

This is one of the most useful tools in a kitchen. This can be used for baking or it can be used for resting your food. Very lightweight but gets the job done. Also I haven’t had any problems with rusting and it has been easy to clean!

This is my go to pan for most oven prepared meals. It’s very large, but not heavy and has no problem fitting into my oven. I’ve used it both with the rack and without. The pan is nice and deep and I’ve used it several times without the rack when I’ve needed a deep pan for things like deep dish pizza. The rack is really nice for browning vegetables and potatoes and getting them nice and crispy. It’s also great for catching drippings when roasting a turkey or a tenderloin and allowing it to brown nicely on the bottom. And the handles make it very easy to lift something heavy like a turkey out of the pan. I was concerned it would be difficult to thoroughly clean the rack, but it’s been very easy to clean. Browned and burnt bits wash right off with minimal scrubbing.

I love this pan so much! It's perfect for baking bacon, chicken pieces and anything else where you need or want a rack! My daughter, who is a chef, saw it at my house and admired it, so I gave her one for her birthday! Pro Tip: buy a box of heavy duty foil that measures 18" - it's the perfect fit for this pan and the rack will set right down on it. Makes clean-up a breeze!! This pan is sturdy and I'm certain it will last for years to come!

This pan is great for foods you want to crisp. I used it to make flautas and it worked great. Would purchase again. It would be a great bridal shower gift.?
