The arbor is true heavy duty
So far using it, I’m impressed. Better than the first cheap one I bought . Built tough thick material easy setup . Instructions could be slightly better but once you figure out the everything less than 15 minutes to setup. Would be nice if it had its own mount along with just mount into the vise . For price and quality of what you get I’d by it again compared to other should’ve just bought this in the first place

Great product and great Company.
Ok got this via FedEx, they had the box mangled up by the time I received it, and it was missing the bit spindle making it useless. I got hold of the vendor letting him know the situation, instead of sending a new spindle, they sent me a whole new notcher and spindle within 3 days. Great customer service not to mention the heavy duty quality of this product I had over 60 notches to make in 1 inch round tube and it really made short work of it. All in all I'm happy with the Company for there fast response to the problem and the quality of the notcher, well worth the price.

Better then the ones with brash bushings
The vertical zero mark is not accurate, but easy enough to re-index, and you don’t need shims to do it since it’s designed to enable offsets. Angle scale seems pretty close, but I check with a protractor anyway. Tube holder seems to work well, wish it coverd a length of tube equal to the backstop. I think a C-clamp and piece of angle could do. After a dozen or so miters the arbor is getting a little play, but the bearing block is removable so I think a better system than needle bearings could be fabricated. Happy so far with 0.035” wall tubes and fine tooth hole saws. Not mill rigid, but way better than the bottom tier notchers and improvements seem easy to make.

פשוט נוח ומסיבי
The media could not be loaded. A simple and easy to use tool very massive and powerful My choice of this tool was more due to its strength and simplicity but it has an protractor that I did not see in the pictures on Amazon the numbers do not look so good even when I held it in my hand. I will have to emphasize them. somehow . And another important detail that can be grasped on clamps and worked

This is a versatile beast! very stable
I love this so far. I've coped thin wall U channel, door trim, and even notched some .120" wall 1 1/2"X2 1/@" rectangle tubing. Less than 90 seconds and clean with a Milwaukee 2 1/4" hole saw and dawn dish soap as lube. The ability to cope is worth its weight in gold

Wasn't usable out of the box
The threaded adapter for standard hole saws was cross threaded in production, so I couldn't use it until I got another one. I called the seller and he sounded like he didn't think that I knew what I was doing. He did agree to send me the needed part. He never did send it. So I bought one at the hardware store. Also, it cuts off center so they didn't do the math correctly when they engineered it.

Stripped adaptor replaced with a phone call.
The unit itself is "beefy" and shaft is supported by needle bearings on both ends of the block. After a handful of cuts I had to put the adaptor on, and on the first cut the adaptor stripped. I placed a call to the seller and a new one was shipped to me that week. It was a pleasant surprise to have someone pick up a phone and then to get the replacement part that week. A big Kudo's to there customer support.

Takes some modifing
I had to mill some material from the bottom of the Bearing block as the hole saw was not in the center of the tubing when chocked up in the vice. Additionally the bearing block is to close to get sharp angles. I wish it would have had more mounting holes but the base it sits on is not long enough to do that. I found by make a spacer where the tube clamps gives room for more angle. I will try to find a shorter hole saw but the will create other issues as more angle makes deeper cuts. The spindle is sturdy enough but the tolerance of the bearings will let it move so, the bearings could be tighter. But for the price and a little work it will do for a weekend warrior like myself.
