Started fast
These seeds arrived in great shape. The are very clean and fresh looking. There was no dust or trash in the packet at all. I got some into my started and it took about 4 maybe 5 days for them to sprout. They are currently very tiny plants only about an inch tall. They do seem to grow slower than most of my other ones, but do appear healthy and a nice green color. Can't wait for them to get large enough to transplant. So far they look great.

Seeds did not grow.
The seeds did come up at all. Followed all instructions. I have beautiful gardens and unfortunately not one of the hundreds of seeds came up. Every product from this company I purchased this year did not grow.

Thriving Lavender Plants From Exceptional Seeds
I purchased the True English Lavender Seeds with a degree of skepticism; after all, growing lavender from seeds can be a bit hit or miss. However, these seeds have exceeded my expectations in every way possible!Germination Rate:I was delighted to see a germination rate of close to 95%. I sowed the seeds in a seed tray with a good-quality potting mix and maintained a consistent temperature and humidity level. Within just 7-10 days, tiny green sprouts made their appearance.Growth & Health:The seedlings grew strong and healthy, and transplanting them into bigger pots was a breeze. They've now grown into vibrant plants, each displaying a multitude of fragrant, deep purple blooms.Aroma:One of the standout features of this particular variety is the intoxicating aroma. The scent is pure, and unmistakably that of true English lavender, filling the air around the garden and making it a pleasure to be outdoors.Ease of Care:What's even more impressive is how low-maintenance these plants are. They've been quite resilient to changes in weather and have been largely pest-free, requiring minimal intervention on my part.Final Thoughts:If you're looking to grow authentic English lavender, these seeds are your best bet. From germination to full bloom, the process has been rewarding and surprisingly straightforward. These are not just seeds; they're a promise of a beautiful, aromatic garden.Highly recommend!

Cold Stratification
Should have paid better attention to the “how to”. Did the usual things for starting seeds and only one sprouted but died. Googled fans found out I was doing everything wrong. Tried 3 weeks cold stratification and now I’ve finally got sprouts! So so excited! You must do Cold Stratification in order for lavender to germinate.

Easy if instructions are followed.
I planted outdoor in planter in April. Watered initially and let rain take care of other waterings. Gently raked over the soil. Did not have hard freeze, but good start. 2-3 weeks in. Multiple sprouts. Did not seed heavy. Follow instructions and easy to grow.

Review is Uncertain.
I planted the lavender seeds on the north side of a raised garden bed. Chives were at 1 end And a cucumber plant at the other endend of an 8ft bed. I water daily And the seeds never germinated. That's why my review is uncertain... I never complained, so I can't even comment on customer service

Happy little lavender seedlings!
My seeds arrived April 21, 2022 - right on time. I have no complaints with shipping. I've tried growing lavender from seed many times before. But until now, I have never had any luck. I finally looked it up before planting this batch, and many sources suggest that lavender seeds require a process called stratification. Basically the seeds need to get wet, and then they need to chill/freeze before they'll sprout. Who knew? Not me!Many videos I watched recommended putting the seeds in ziplock bag with a wet paper towel, and leaving it in the fridge for 3-4 weeks. With limited fridge space, I took a chance. Instead of putting it in the fridge for several weeks, I put it in the freezer over night. Then I pulled it out, the next day and I left it in the baggie in a warm sunlit room. Because the paper towel was still pretty wet, and the baggie was sealed, I didn't even have to mess with watering them. With very minimal effort, I've got HUNDREDS of new little lavender sprouts! Not all of the seeds have sprouted yet, but then again, it's only been two weeks. Im excited to see how the rest of the seeds do! This is definitely a huge step in the right direction! I'm completely thrilled with this purchase!
