Value for money and excellent customer service
I chose this bike to replace my old turbo trainer as an indoor exercise bike. I have done a lot of spin classes in the past and for indoor training i do prefer it over the turbo or standard gym exercise bikes. It arrived within 2 days of ordering and took me about 30mins to assemble, which was very easy to do. It’s a great looking bike, sturdy and has the features you would expect in a spin bike. I did review the comments beforehand so to answer loads of questions already posted there without you having to trawl through several pages here’s some feedback that my help:Firstly and most importantly, if you are close to 6 foot or over you need to purchase the extended seat post, specific to this machine (available on Amazon in about a week according to the seller - posted 13th July 2020). If you are this height and you wish to use this properly with the correct distance between seat and pedals, the standard seat post is too short and you will potentially injure yourself as you won’t be in the right position. For those who have had a road bike fit and set up done, you will understand. This is a great training machine which you can use with Zwift, however it will not change the resistance as the terrain changes on your chosen virtual route. And quite frankly for the cost of the machine I wouldn’t expect it to. If you want that functionality then you need a smart turbo or one of the popular (but expensive at over £1k) online connected spin bikes. To use this effectively I would highly recommend you connect to one of the many YouTube spin classes and treat it as though you were in the actual class (just don’t cheat!). If you can change the pedals to clipped in ones which provide greater power and comfort during training it will help get more from the sessions. This is a suggestion of course, you don’t need to do this and can have fun without them.I would like to close this review by giving some credit to the seller. I contacted them about the lack of availability of the extended seat post and they came back to me within an hour, offering me a second hand post they had had returned to them, free of charge, if I didn’t want to wait the 10 days until the new ones arrived. This was sent to me in 1 working day (emailed them Friday morning and the post arrived Monday lunchtime) and works a dream. Great service and a company if would highly recommend.

Good indoor bike with a couple of bugbears
I've been using this indoor bike daily for 2 weeks now. After a decent shakedown period, here are my thoughts...1) Don't bother buying this equipment if you are 6'0" or taller. I'm 5'9" and I have the saddle and seat at their maximum heights respectively. This is not a bike built for tall people.2) The seat is quite uncomfortable. In the end I have to wear my cycling shorts (with their extra padding) to use the bike for any length of time to avoid getting uncomfortable. This is a bit disappointing as half of the benefit of having an indoor bike is to _not_ have to get into as much cycling gear. It would have been nice if a pair of shorts was sufficient.3) The assembly is generally quite straightforward, with two exceptions. The first is that it's a bit awkward to assemble on your own. The second is that the manual lists all the nuts, bolts, etc that you can expect to have with the bike. Some of those bolts have been put in situ on some components and aren't in the plastic bag. For a few minutes I thought I'd been short-changed until I realised what the manufacturer had done.4) The bike itself is sufficiently quiet and stable to use indoors without disturbing anyone. That said, the nuts and bolts need tightening a bit more frequently than I'd hoped. The tools that come with the bike are adequate to assemble, but possibly a touch inadequate to tighten everything up as much as is probably needed.200km in though and overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

Not suitable for over 5ft 4in!
This arrived promptly. It has a battery powered clock/calorie/distance monitor, it may link to heart rate monitor but I haven’t set this up.This is about where the positives end.I rarely write reviews but feel it’s important you know what you’re getting. I feel it is a very overpriced bike! The bikes major flaw is the seat can not be raised high enough. I’m 5,8 and at its highest my knees are considerably bent. When you stand up to cycle it is noisy, creaks and is unstable. The resistance rises but clumsily and is not a smooth ride.So disappointed. I do not enjoy it therefore it hardly gets used (I really tried for the first few weeks but even after 10 minutes I’m uncomfortable & knees hurt due to not getting full extension)I’m relatively fit but wanted to keep my fitness up, keep my head clear and have some fun whilst having kids at home & no time to get out. Wish I’d never bothered. Expensive mistake!I’ll add an amendment here as since contacting the seller they sent an extension seat and now I’m finding the bike quite good. Still a little flimsy for the money but very useable now it accommodates the height. Happy and impressed with the quick customer service.

Not bad for the price
Takes no time to set up. The pedals are adequate but put my own spare pedals on. Replaced the plastic bottle cage. Now the so called comfortable saddle is anything but. The saddle wants to split you in two after 10mins, not good for a slightly beefy (fat) geezer like me. So ive replaced it with a more forgiving saddle and this alone has transformed this bike. The bike display is very basic but does the job. The Bluetooth works with kinomap. The Bluetooth is supposed to work with fitshow app but doesn’t as the bike shows it is Fithome not Fitshow. The bike did squeak abit but a little wd40 down the saddle bar fixed that instantly. Some have said the bike is too small, I’m 6ft and someone bigger could still use it. The handle bars however could be higher. The resistance is as basis as it comes. Not bad for a starter bike tho, you’ll still get a sweat on. The batteries that came with the bike were totally dead.Hope this helps. Caroline’s husband
