Q: Can you perform rows on this machine?

Firstly look at it, secondly it’s not a machine

Q: Does this damage the wooden floor? Should I put some mats under it?

No, it will not damage the floor. All 4 feet have rubber suction cups (actually pretty sturdy!) that will protect your floor. This was a good buy for me. it does not look sturdy, but it is surprisingly so. I weigh 230lbs and it handles my weight easily.

Q: Okay so I use a wheelchair...which is about 18" across- would this fit? And would the pull up bar adjust down to wheelchair height? Thanks!

A quick measurement, assuming the lowest position of pull-up, height is 66 inch. The side bars are 24 inches apart, I don’t know the width of wheel chair. The side bars to the ground is fixed which is 44 inches. I hope it helps.
