Work from home pick
Good choice for work from home. Clear sound, headset is comfortable and not too heavy, but most importantly the mic is awesome! Any time i had noise in the house i would do a mic test noise would hardly ever be picked up, had some work being done in the house and while you could hear the power machines it was far far in the background with the voice being heard clearly no problems. Battery life is great, i sometimes forget to charge it and will work 2 days without battery, haven't gone for a third yet. Range is pretty good, have not really taken it further than about 20 ft from computer but never lost signal.

Freedom!
I’ve been working from home since the start of the pandemic and finally broke down and bought this headset, which was recommended to me by a co-worker. I waited until the price went way down, which it does periodically. I am so pleased I finally bought this - it works well and I don’t know how many times I’ve been on a conference call and needed to get up from my desk for one reason and another, and suddenly realized that I COULD! Haha! I was so used to being connected to my laptop with my old headset that it took me awhile to realize that was no longer the case - now when kitty starts yowling to go out and I’m on a team call, I can get up and let her out - it’s the little things :)I like that I can mute myself by flipping the mouth piece up, I like when I turn it on and a little voice says, “battery high”, and I have never dropped a call with it. Sometimes it cuts out when I’m in a certain room of my house but I do have Wi-Fi boosts hooked up for my ring security system, so there’s really only one spot where it might cut out. Not a deal breaker because it doesn’t actually drop the call and I can easily move back to fix that issue. Very pleased with this headset!

great headset
I've been using the headset every day for the last 2.5 weeks. I have a jabra evolve wired headset which I loved, and this wireless headset (which is more expensive) is a significant improvement! I was so surprised that the sound is so rich and clear when I first use it. If compare to my jabra wired headset, with evolve 2, I don't need to increase the volume by much to hear the other party clearly. I was also able to hear myself loud and clear which is important for me. If you need to mute the microphone, you can choose between hitting the mute button or simply adjust the mic up. I've only needed to charge the battery once a week so far for about an average of 32 hours usage per week.Everytime you turn the headset on, there will be a voice that annouce if battery is high, medium or low. I downloaded the software on my macbook and it shows the battery percentage when you are connected. You can also adjust certain settings using the app on the computer.Cons:- when you mute/unmute yourself, there is a voice that announce "muted" or "unmuted", which is quite annoying for me, especially when the other party is talking while I mute/unmute myself. The volume of the mute/unmute announcement is pretty loud too which could distract you from listening. Hence I only now mute/unmute myself when there is a pause. and I don't think you could change that setting to a tone from the jabra app either, which is a bummer- there is no mute light, which I personally prefer to have it as a reminder. especially when I forgot to mute muyself at times and have the headset down on the table while I was doing somethign else.- I do get some ache/pain after wearing it nonstop for 2-3 hours, although the ear cusions and headband cushions are super soft.Other than the cons, I do like this headset overall.

These are crazy good. Pairing was easy. Noise cancellation is EXCELLENT
I didn't have very high expectations for this headset, but it really knocked it out of the park.Pairing was easy with all my devices (Macbook, iPhone). Tested making a call from my CRM, and my call recipient said I sounded great.Called another friend while driving, and he said my sound was great. I even talked to him while I was at the gym (with gym music playing) and I was walking on a treadmill. He said he couldn't tell I was in a gym.Yesterday, I called a friend and talked to her for about 20 minutes while I was doing dishes. She said she couldn't hear me doing dishes at all.And the battery lasts FOREVER. The battery on this thing IS SO good. It just keeps going and going. You'll rarely have to worry about battery life with this, and because it's USB-C, it's easy to charge.

Not recommended
The experience with the product is really bad.1. The microphone boom-arc is fixed only for right side, whereas it was expected to be flexible and can be worn either side. The point is because I like to push the boom up and down with the left hand while still doing other things on the right hand.2. The microphone boom-arc design is very poor as it almost touches the mouth or cheek and thereby produce friction noise. It should have been a little far from mouth, at-least 1-2 fingers far.3. The connectivity to both Windows and Mac (all new models) is very poor. The microphone/speaker don't automatically switch to this headphone, every time you need to manually adjust and most of the time doesn't work. You keep speaking, but others can't hear you.4. I was very satisfied with Microsoft modern wireless headset, however had to replace with this Jabra evolve2 65 as I lost it during travel and can't buy a new one because Microsoft discontinued the product for God knows why. That was the best headphone in this category and has all features, auto/rapid connectivity, much lighter and very simple yet great design. Microphone boom on the left side too, smaller hollow cushion to let the air flow and avoid sweating. Extremely disappointed with Jabra evolve2 65.
