Ryval Hoops is an amazing company to deal with! The product I bought is incredibly well made, and performs exactly as promised. You can tell by the weight of the system and the quality of the welds just how strong this unit is. I spent weeks analyzing every Hoops product I could find on line, in stores and at friends homes. I drove my wife nuts with this decision.We installed the system ourselves and made a minor error. Ryval came through and supported us beyond what would be expected.The play is amazing as well. There is no deflection at all in the post or backboard. The system can be lowered to six and half feet as compared to others that only go as low as seven and a half feet. That is very important to my 7 year old daughter.I could be not be happier with my decision and the Ryval system C660 that I purchased.

So happy with this purchase. Base is solid as a rock yet the hoop itself it isn't "stiff" to shoot on. Once template was installed and cement was hard enough it took me about 2 hours to completely install hoop. I did need help lifting the backboard into place otherwise was able to do all myself. Been shooting on for about a week now and couldn't be more impressed. Raising and lowering is a breeze, has removable crank so you don't have to worry about someone messing with it. And love the pads that came with it. Also very easy to remove. Only complaint would be from the delivery. Gave my wife a tough time with the drop off.

The best way to describe the hoop is solid. Installation process was straight forward. Only confusion was due to the emailed instructions were a different version than the ones in the box. The rim is definitely much stiffer than the old portable hoop that we used making it a bigger challenge to win against the kids. All in all, great product we are very happy with and plan to be for a long time.

This is a great basketball hoop. Cannot go wrong here. Delivery was quick and smooth. Digging the 4' hole took a little while but with how sturdy and heavy the hoop is I understand why it needed to be so deep. Assembly took about 2 hours with the help of three others. Adjusting the height from 6' - 10' is a breeze. My family loves it! I would definitely recommend this basketball hoop to anyone looking for a quality product!

We just put the hoop up today - very impressed. Gave it 4 stars since it's so new. We chose this hoop after a lot of research and wanted a good hoop for our son who plays high school basketball. We had the portable hoop for a long time, wish we had put this hoop in a long time ago - WAY better system, solid, out of the way and a truer ball reaction. We put the system in ourselves to save the money. Here's what we did:A) dug a hole 21"x21"x4' - it's pretty big, dug it in 1 foot increments since it's a lot to do (hole looks smaller in the installation videos than the recommended size);B) do the math 10-12 bags of cement do NOT fill this size hole - we ended up renting a mixer at hardware store (~$60) and used 15 bags of 80lb quikrete & 2 bags of 60lb quikrete (needed more, local store only had 60lb bags), originally thought we'd have local cement company deliver already mixed cement but starting price was $300, after finishing it might have been worth it/ took 2 hours to mix/pour cement & cost ~$160;C) we did make a frame with sides since our area sloped a bit, put the frame in when hole was about 1/2 filled, took off 2 days later;D) we let it sit for a week due to when we could put rest together;E) follow directions closely to assemble; best advice I read somewhere else - have other adults help & use the bed of a pick-up truck to put up backboard. Backboard is VERY heavy. Pole was delivered on long pallet (see picture), we put pallet across the back of truck and rested backboard upright on it, moved pick-up under middle of hoop arms so we could line it up & attach without having to continuously hold it up. Easier to attach rim while standing in back of truck also. Overall it took maybe 4-5 total hours to do all this ourselves.(Side note: system arrives in two large boxes which we left outside 2 weeks while working on hole and when we could fully assemble. Had it under tarps, extreme rain in NE and boxes did get wet. Figured no big deal since it's meant to be outside. When we opened boxes, the underside of the rim rusted a bit which we did not expect. We have sent Ryval a message to inquire about whether rim should have been better rust protected. Will update if we hear back. UPDATE: Ryval responded to me right away about the rim and sent me a replacement quickly. Great service!)

Excellent goal, extremely sturdy, good instructions, on-time delivery. Capacity to raise and lower is excellent, my 8 year old can easily do it. Quality materials. I strongly suggest that you have 4 strong guys help you put it in place, as it is a heavy goal. Excellent customer support on questions - responded to us within an hour on a couple of questions that were addressed in the assembly manual but that we missed.

Just got this thing up 2 days ago! I did a boatload of research alike everyone else and decided on this versus the Mega Slam. Only reason was for the Amazon financing. Couldn't get that with mega slam. I AM NOT DISAPPOINTED AT ALL!! This thing is FANTASTIC! Super heavy duty and great quality. So far.....ZERO COMPLAINTS!! I'm6'5", 215 lbs, have won a couple dunk contests. This rim handles anything you can throw at it...within reason of course. Would recommend this product to anyone!!
