Good quality
I had the flour for a while and I have finally found a recipe for buckwheat bread that is easy enough for me - I don't like cooking- , and I have tried and the result is really good so, yes, I can recommend this buckwheat flour and I will keep buying it in the future so I can bake a bread that is tasty and easy to digest.

Buckwheat Gluten free flour:Very good gluten free flour and the delivery was very speedy indeed. I now prefer to use this as my new go to gluten free flour even though it's a bit pricey, but there again, what isn't pricey these days, but you can't beat quality!

Very Tasty
This gluten-free buckwheat flour works very well in my bread making. It produces a well flavoured and textured gluten-free loaf when mixed with millet and arrowroot flours. I will try buckwheat pancakes next.

Packaging was open.
I have ordered this before and strangely my last pack went mouldy very quickly as if it would have been open for too long. Now I understand it probably did because I received it open already and didn't realise. As this one is.The outer package is sealed but the flour bag you can see the glue where it should have been closed had open.I am hoping to have a replacement as this is an item I can’t send back.

It's OK but...
There are cheaper alternatives that for me, taste as good or better. That and personally I think that Doves Farm non gluten free buckwheat flour should have it explicitly stated on their pack. I used the non-gf version without realising for years and as many gf folk know it's hard enough to pin down what's causing a problem.Who on earth would use buckwheat flour *unless* they were gluten free?
