Great Low-Carb Pasta Substitute
I like to use shirataki noodles when I need a low-carb, low-cal pasta substitute for a stir fry dish. These have a chewy texture and neutral flavor. These are as good as other brands I've used in the past.

Best shirataki noodles
On a keto diet I eat shirataki as a pasta substitute. This brand is by far the best because it has no smell and doesn’t need to be refrigerated until opened. For first timers—all shirataki has a bit of a rubbery chew but for me the difference in carbs and calories is worth it. A cup of real pasta is 48 carbs. A package of these shirataki Is 0 carbs.

I liked them.
I made several different dished with these and it all went well. Not nearly as smelly as some I tried, on their own not much flavor as you would expect, but soak up flavors from your sauce also as expected.

Dried up shoe leather
I eat shirataki noodles a lot was excited to try a new brand. But most of the noodles I received were dried up and inedible. A couple packages out f the nine were ok. But the others were dried up and very leathery and impossible to chew. I would not by this again.

Misleading Cost per Ounce
The noodles are fine, no problem there. What annoys me is the stated cost per ounce. The packages are 7.055 net drained weight each. That works out to $.36/ounce NOT the claimed $.27. That is a 25% higher cost than what is advertised.

No off smell.
I have read that some Konjac products have a nasty smell when you open them, this brand does not smell bad at all.I still do the rinse, boil and fry steps recommended by some, the frying in the frying pan is key, to get the texture closer to that of regular pasta, also by frying them, they dry up a bit, which means they will soak up the flavor of whatever sauce you put on them, if they are already saturated with water, they do not absorb the taste of anything.Anyway I think this is a good deal.
