Excellent cooler water is cool but not tooth biting freezing cold - Picky about bottle caps
2 Months later edit: This is still working great and Kill-A-Watt is now showing it using 80¢ of electricity each month, using only 80 Watts (160 VA @ 0.5 Power Factor, but only pay for Watts).THIS IS PICKY ABOUT BOTTLE CAPS/LIDS! You need to get the softer or a brand new cap for each bottle. The inlet does not tightly fit the inside of the punch-out 3/4" feed and so water has to be held back by the cap sealing against the bottom of the plastic holding the bottle up. My previous water cooler inlet pipe fit the bottles extremely tightly and there was no leakage beyond the inlet. This cooler needs soft and thick on the higher side 2.25" or more to seal properly, otherwise it leaks and overflows onto the floor. I've ordered silicone caps to see if it corrects the issue. The cheap blue caps that are for sale all over on Amazon I've had bad luck with. The orange ones are just a little thicker and seal perfectly with no leakage, but I can't find them for sale on Amazon, so don't cheap out on the caps used. The ones that leak I measured at 2.24" when mounted on bottle and it needs at least 0.01" more or water slowly leaks up around the cap due to a poor seal.————————————————————————————Cooler is excellent and uses $1/month of electricity. I don't use the hot water side but after setup I'm amazed at how efficient it is. Water is a nice cool temperature and not ice cold. I was searching all over for one with an adjustable temp to save my cold sensitive teeth but went with this when it was on sale an have no regrets. This replaced an old water cooler that came free with water service and that cooler used $1/DAY in electricity according to the Kill-A-Watt I have on the outlet. This new one uses only $1/MONTH in electricity. Amazing efficiency and I haven't had any issues with leaking or or problems, though I would have liked an LED lamp over the dispenser since it sits so low to see where to hold cup and how much is in it. A motion activated dim light would add a lot to how nice it is, in the meantime I need to search for one to stick onto it.

Works amazing
Works well. Easy to use I love the switch’s on the back you can turn off the hot water if kids are around so you don’t have to worry about them getting burned. Just unpack plug in add a water bottle and follow the directions. It is so quiet you don’t even know it’s running.

It does the job!
I’ve been using the Frigidaire water dispenser for a bit now, and it’s been a major upgrade from my old one. It’s got both hot and cold water options, though I’ve mostly been using it just for regular room-temp water. Still, I tested the heating and cooling functions, and they work well and don’t take forever to kick in. There is a little noise when it’s actively heating or cooling, but once it reaches the temp, it quiets down nicely.Build-wise, it's mostly plastic, so it doesn’t have that heavy-duty feel, but it still looks good and functions smoothly. It fits both 3 and 5 gallon bottles, which is great because I don’t have to worry about compatibility. I haven’t had any problems with swapping bottles, and it feels secure once in place. One small issue is that the space beneath the spout is a bit tight. A kettle or larger bottle won’t fit comfortably underneath without some angling, and you might get the occasional splash or drip. Luckily, the removable drip tray helps keep that under control. Also, I like that it has a hot water lock; perfect if you have kids around. For the price, this water cooler really checks a lot of boxes. It’s easy to use, doesn’t take up much space, and looks modern enough to fit in anywhere from a kitchen to a dorm.Pros:- Hot and cold water options with safety lock for hot water- Works with both 3 and 5 gallon bottles- Quiet operation once it reaches temp- Compact, stylish design- Easy bottle replacement and cleanup with drip trayCons:- Mostly plastic build feels a bit light- Limited space under spout for larger containers- Slight noise during heating/cooling cycle

Refrigeration works well. Maybe a little slow to fill a cup.
Bought for basement. Water is cold. We keep hot turned off - which is a nice feature. The water temp is great. I feel like the water volume might be a bit slow, but it works. I wish it would fill up a cup faster.

DEEPLY disappointed in Frigidaire.
Understand, I am far from a new Frigidaire customer. In fact, I was so happy with my Frigidair dehumidifier (now four years old), I posted about it on Facebook. That said, let me count the ways I'm disappointed with my water cooler --- AND with Frigidaire:1) There was absolutely NOTHING in the Owner's Manual about prep before first use.2) Frigidaire's indifferent Product Support person, on the phone said, "Yeah, you should rinse it out first" --- clearly impatient to get me off the line.3) I ran three gallons of water through it before mounting a new bottle on it. It tasted like I'd licked a chemical dump. An entire bottle of water WASTED.4) I blasted it with the hose, running both taps, for at least four minutes. STILL tasted like chemicals.5) FINALLY eliminated the nasty taste by bleaching the tank and blasting it with hose water --- again for several minutes.6) Virtually every time I ATTEMPT to refill the water, it leaks out of the side and onto my floor.7) The latest insult? It's routinely freezing, making it nearly impossible to get water, which dribbles-out like an old man with prostate problems.

Save some bucks!
been using his for a month now and it works good. We don't use the hot water part, and we built a stand to raise it up a bit overall it does the job and less expensive than the Culligan rental one.
