Great!
I’m a nurse who just had hip Labral repair surgery. I understand the importance of anti embolism stockings. I was sent home wearing a pair but wanted a second pair so I could wash them out. After careful review I chose these and they have not disappointed. The sizing was perfect based on measurements. They are snug, but went on fairly easily. (Support hose should never go on super easily) I’m not sure I love the silicone band, but it’s easily folded over and they stay up if sized correctly. They come up higher than the hospital issued ones, which is good. Those were just above my knees, these are mid thigh. They also stay over my toes better, I have 9.5 size feet. Im wearing grip socks over them.

So far so good
After hip replacement surgery, I have to wear TED hose for 6 weeks. So I got this one so I have another one to change to while one is being washed. I’m 5’ and shoe size 5. So the feet area is too long. I am so tempted to cut them off and make them shorter. Other than that, it fits well. Even the top band is not too tight and comfortable. So far so good.

What the Doctor ordered.
I had knee replacement surgery and they put some TEDS on me at the hospital. I ordered these so I would have 2 pair and they are more supportive than what the hospital gave me. When I see the Doctor in another week, if he tells me to keep wearing them I will order some more.

Roll down thigh
I like the thickness of the material. They are thicker than a typical pantyhose but not as thick as socks. I like the strength of the compression, I like the shape allowance for the foot. Unfortunately the band that holds it up on your thigh is such a thin width that the stockings roll down easily. When they roll down they cut into your skin extremely tightly and cut off circulation. Therefore these tights are not functional and I cannot wear them. I have the same brand in one size up and those are too big/loose, pictured in white in my photos. White is XL, tan is Large. If these stockings had a wider band like the doc Miller stockings have (compare in last photo) Then they would have been perfect. Alternatively, if they had been shaped differently they may have fit better. Everyone's thighs are wider than everyone's calves right? So make the thigh wider intentionally.

Fine for what I needed
I needed compression stockings after a total knee surgery. Ok. So. Compression socks are awful. Straight up. But these were a hundred times better than the one the surgery center sent home with me. They covered my toes and did not strangle them. The elastic grip around my thigh was so tight I had to cut it. It stayed on pretty well. It went on and off as well as can be expected. If I had to do it again, I would by the same brand.

The fit was spot on
After buying two other brands of medical compression hose, following the measurements, they were too small. I decided to try this brand for a couple of reasons. First, the size that was offered that seemed fright was an XXL. No other brand offered that. They arrive, I put them right on and they fit perfectly. The length came up to my back knee and the top of the sock is not like a tourniquet. I hope that they will wear well. I have gone ahead and ordered another pair.
