We needed a new one after I kept pushing the buttons with a stick from my seat and wore them out. This one is easy to read, a better quality and the read out is bright enough to read it easily. It was easy to install as we just screwed it to the wall and plugged it in. Great value for the money. Better than getting your heating company to install one.

HVAC repair co quoted me $800 for a thermostat replacement and labor to install. This was only 60$ and plugged right into my old base. Perfect!👌 Everything is working great now!

This is an excellent reasonably priced thermostat for Heat Pump applications, I have two heat pumps, one being equipped with the TH3210D, which has been problem free and easy to use. The other one was originally equipped with another brand programmable thermostat which has been problamatic from the start, and prompted my purchase and installation of the second TH3210D Honeywell unit, Russ

Item was for a relative whose thermostat recently died during a power surge. This unit was an exact replica of the one they had before, so there was no re-learning how to use it. Nobody else had this unit available as quickly as this one, because it is an older model. Install was in less than 8 min (including shutting the power off to it from the control panel). Unit was running and pumping out cool air (it was one of our 95+ degree days where it storms in the afternoons) and has worked great ever since. Box was a bit damaged when we received it, but unit inside was just fine.

This is a simple thermostat that works well with a heat pump. This is the second one on this unit. First one lasted five years before shorting out.

I bought this to replace the exact same Honeywell thermostat. (After almost 15 years, the LCD display went out.) It was a simple pop-off, pop-on installation. Value for money? I had gotten a quote from a reputable HVAC service & they wanted double the price for the part plus $60 for the service call ... and it would have been no quicker than Amazon Prime delivery.We'll see how it holds up, but if it lasts like the first one, I'll be trying to find one in 2037!We'll seg

The thermostat was shipped quickly and arrived 2 days before the scheduled date. It is exactly the model I needed and was in excellent condition and protected well during shipping. I only gave a 3 star because they also charge $7.99 shipping even though I've had prime coverage for years. Thanks
