These parts are no longer made in the USA and the quality and longevity have dropped significantly. Most of the parts are made in China and are equivalent to the parts store house brand which are garbage. If you want quality you will have to buy OEM replacements.

do these fit with a 2.5 in lift in the front?

They work perfect for me and I have a 2.5 in level

Yes they come with a grease fitting on both ends

Do they fit on a 2015 Ford F-250 4x4? Also do they come with all necessary hardware?
