Nice quality replacement
This replacement fit perfectly as the OEM part did. Price was very reasonable at around $100. You will need to use your original Nissan badge or get a new one, as it does not come with it, but it is made known that it isn't included. Quality is very good.

Imperfect Alignment
The side clips only sort of aligned and required some modifications to fit. The top holes also were not quite right and required some finesse. Part arrived with a scratch, which didn’t bother me, as I was planning to sand and paint the whole thing, but I would have been annoyed if I had planned an immediate installation. Bottom line - it’s OK. If you want a perfect fit / finish, go OEM. If you’re going to mess with it anyway and you’re handy, this is a cheap foundation.

Spend the extra $100 and buy Nissan original part.
Will not fit on my '05 Xterra, the tabs that should "snap" into the headlight assemblies are so far off that the tabs broke on the first attempt to install. The openings for the Nissan emblem have flashing and the tabs on your emblem will not "click" in even after removing excess plastic. Even the four holes at the top at the radiator core support connection do not line up. This part suffered from massive shrinkage during manufacture or bad design.
