I have previously bought this type of far infrared heater and always find the cord is way too short to be practical. This particular model shows promise due to the programmable thermostat and remote control. Unfortunately the enclosed adapter was incorrect, and, if it had been "fitted prior to delivery" they would have realised it was the wrong one. This heater is ideal for a motorhome or caravan. Being only 350 watt, it stops damp and warms and dries the interior including wet clothing, and also has health benefits.

When I first ordered this, I changed my mind within an hour about the design and asked to cancel and purchase a different one, very quickly a despatched message appeared.When the item arrived it was fitted with a European plug and the 13amp adaptor enclosed was totally wrong and unusable. I am not the first to experience this.The return left me going to 3 separate stores, In the end Amazon were kind enough to sort it out for me, and the return went through. although 6 days on I am waiting for the supplier to credit me, and I am being charged for the return.The one star is influenced by all this but also by the lightweight badly made poor quality of the item which does not match the high price, I was told the item would be removed from sale but it's still there at a higher price.2nd December, the supplier refused to credit the item until I could provide proof of my sending it, I provided this and without the courtesy of a reply or an apology they have at last credited me, this is not a good supplier.

I wasn't sure if I had got the right one. I had bought another make for my bedroom. It only had a (programmable?), thermostat plug with EU fitting. Works ok but..I got this one because it offered wifi control and Alexa integration. Itcame with an EU plugbut akso with a good fused adapter.I installed their app, it found the heater with no problem. I told it to integrate with Alexa. It did so with no problem. Easy!Wonderful heater. Good for gentle heat. Wont heat the room quickly but keeps a steady temperature.Will be buying another to replace the cheap one in the bedroom.

I’d have given it a higher rating if it was supplied with a UK plug or adapter that fits. The company did refund £15 to buy the right plug which was nice of them. But the main gripe is the connection over WiFi which no matter what I tried (even turning off 5Ghz and running on just 2.5ghz). Even holing the unit powered on right next to my router with the app on my phone it just would not connect.Heat it emits is okay but because of the above I have to keep messing with the remote and trying to see the tiny LCD unlit display around the back as it’s wall mounted which is a pain in the ar$e

Wall mounted above my bed. It was really easy to fix tocthe wall. Gives off brilliant heat. Looks lovely
