I’ve purchased quite a few G-tech products and when I was looking for a new vacuum I thought I’d give this model a go. Really pleased with the overall performance and flexibility of using the attachments. You don’t have the hassle of cleaning filters etc as it uses a bag and replacement bags are reasonably priced. It’s also very light and easy to manoeuvre - great suction on it as well.

Cant see when it needs emptying which is bit of a pain.hard to get apartBut it works wellCharges enough

Nothing to dislike,it's great,just one minor hap,Handheld is rather awkward to unattached from main body but otherwise all good. Like the idea of the lights if cleaning up during less light.

I bought this machine in Amazon, but then realised it was on a sale at Gtech itself. So cancelled and bought directly from them.The machine itself has very good suction! Cheap bags which lasts a very long time. Lightweight which is needed for me as I suffer with Fibromyalgia. I am a big Gtech fan (have tried all the big names) and I find gtech compact, easy to use. Lightweight or most of the weight on the bottom (like the airram mk2)I also have a cat and this specific machine gets rid of those ginger hairs which seems to fly off my cat when he moves.Highly recommend.

Could not get it to pickup when it first arrived put on investigation found it was clogged up inside Buy the beta brush once removed it did start picking up but not as well as the old version and it does seem to have a problem with constantly getting blocked at the bottom of the pipe the duster seems to build up there I’m not picking up a lot of paper or anything big to make it keep getting stuck it’s just lump of dust when you get it out and I have to say I keep going back to my old one it’s just my old one doesn’t ~charge much anymore and ont much difference in price for a battery or a new g tech pro2 the old one five stars the new one the new one three stars and that’s being generous

Super fast delivery from gtech! A joy to use. Doesn't feel as robust as a vacuum cleaner but I'm not in a bad mood pulling things behind me and accidentally pulling the plug out. I can get the whole house, including the stairs done in the time it would have taken to do downstairs. I chose this one because it has bags. I haven't had good experiences with bagless hoovers. Bags are quite small(as expected for the size of the vac) but It came with 4. It is so handy to pick up and take care of any crumbs during the day.I might have to start doing more exercise because vacuuming the house is no longer a workout! I'm over the moon with it.

Could not wait to receive this vacuum because it is portable and has bags. The key feature being the bags to contain the filthy detritus it was supposed to suck into itself.Opened the box to discover that the unit was scuffed up with a lot of scratches and stray paint marks. The battery would not lock into place. That means it will not turn on!The ship from address says "Amazon Returns". Looks like a damaged item was returned and then shipped to me as a new item. It is not a new item.
