When looking for a sunshade on Amazon there were numerous options that were around the same price with similar reviews. I decided on getting two of the EcoNour (on for me and one for the wife) at random because all the sun shades appeared to be very similar.Up receiving the sunshade it was everything I expected (a sunshade with three suction cups). Instilling the sunshade was also not out of the ordinary.About two weeks after instilling the sunshade I noticed both had unsuction from the car windows and fell several times. I know it is not unusual for the suction cups to come detached every now and then, however, I noticed it occurring with increased frequency over the next week or so. I also noticed the suction cups on both sunshades began to curve backwards. A month after receiving the sunshades all of the suction cups were nearly completely inverted and no longer able to stick on the window at all. Please see the attached pictures. I attempted to bend the suction cups back to the correct position however they almost immediately bow back to the inverted position.I emailed EcoNour and informed them of the issue. A few days later i received a generic email with basic instructions on how to attach a suction cup to a window. The instructions did not mention the issue I was having at all. I reached back out to the company and sent photos (the same ones that are attached to the review). Its now been over a month and I have not received a response.In the grand scheme of things I know this is just a inexpensive sunshade, which i have already purchased a replacement for. However I just want to worn other people that purchase this product or any product from this company to expect very little to no help from the customer service department when an issue arises.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Love the clips over the window on top, instead of all suction cups. Also love the one-button retraction. However, my front seat SUV windows have a long downward curve at front of window, so clipping onto window edge results in shade pulling down at an angle. There is some adjustability as the shade casing can slide an inch or two left or right. But I could not attach the clips to a perfectly straight section of the window, as the straight edge is not wide enough before window starts to curve downward.Keeps car cool:YesEase of installation:Very easySun protection:GoodEase of removal:Good

I bought the EcoNour Car Side Window Sun Shades for our car, and they’ve been a game-changer for baby travel! These retractable roller sunshades are so easy to use – just pull them down and adjust them to fit. They provide great protection from UV rays and sun glare, keeping the car cool and comfortable for my little one.The 15"x17" size is perfect for side windows, and I love that they fit securely without slipping. The shades are also easy to roll up and store when not in use, which is convenient for keeping the car tidy. My baby seems much more relaxed on sunny car rides, and I no longer worry about the harsh sun shining directly on them.

They work great and as intended and were easy to setup. The spring button to roll them back up is somewhat finicky, you have to push it just right to have them reroll.Unfortunately, my toddler was able to reach the one on her side and easily destroyed it, like the menace she is. To that point, the mesh material is a plastic and is easily ripped.

Not very good, made very cheap and the suption cups are horrible they won't stick to the window, I put them on and it felt like it was going to fall off, I'm going to wait a couple days to see if they fall off and if they do I will send them back!

works ok my wife uses it because of her stoke. bright sun light hurts her eyes. can see thru it ok, easy to use and put on car. just make sure u get the right 1 for your car.!!! mark w.

These roll down sunshades work perfectly for me. I got them to use on a recent trip to Florida, and they never once fell down or became unattached from the window. Since I live in the South, I left them on, and I am very pleased! Don’t hesitate to choose them!
