Reliable PC which easily can tackle day-to-day tasks
Purchased T490 as I needed a Windows based unit for specific programs and needed 16 gb min. Seller advertised as Excellent. The unit I received is fully functional and I would rate it as "Like New". Came with a genuine Lenovo power unit as well. Completely fills my needs and seller appears to very fairly (maybe even conservatively) describes refurbished offerings.

Parts are very replaceable!
Bought this as a project computer! Everything worked out of the box and was much cleaner than I expected! Battery was rather lacking in performance (less than 2 hours per charge) but I was able to replace it! I also booted the device into windows 11 and replaced the hardrive with a 1tb drive and it works perfectly!

Excellent product.
I’ve ordered refurbished laptops through Amazon before, and they’ve been acceptable. This one was beyond my expectations. The unit was extremely clean and in pristine condition. It was easy to set up and worked well from first boot. It’s also fast and there is virtually no noise. Before purchase, I had messaged the seller about this laptop’s ability to be upgraded to Windows 11. They responded quickly. To my surprise, the laptop arrived with Windows 11 pro installed. When I need another laptop, I’ll order from this seller again.

Very good
I am skeptical as well, after i got the product it seems like new. Lenova thinkpad T470 and above are very good laptops which i have used in the past, Worth considering for whose are on tight budget or hesitant to buy i cannot find a fault with this T490 laptop. Worthy 270 dollars

Good value for the price!

Wont turn back on
Battery life was a joke for the two days I owned it. I tried to factory reset it but the charging adapter they sent with it isn’t the factory one and wouldn’t keep it on while I reset it. Now it won’t turn on at all and has a password that I never set. Terrible buy. Keyboard was dirty too and the screen was covered in crumbs.

Exceeded my Expectations.
Came the very next day and was packaged very well. I haven't had any problems as of yet and it was definitely in excellent condition. Would definitely purchase from them again. The only downfall is, it is a fingerprint magnet but it's not a deal breaker for me.
