It was easy to install and feels super sturdy.
It was easy to install and feels super sturdy. I like how spacious it is, there's plenty of room for both my keyboard and mouse. I am very impressed with the tray, definitely good price

Monitor mounts are useful for more than just monitors
I have a very unique setup. I have the SimFab/OpenWheeler MiP mount attached to my rig, and the swinging arm doesn't make for stable typing. My job depends on accurate and fast typing, so I needed something a little more permanent. I attached one of the SimFab universal w/VESA plates to an arm, and then connected the VESA mounts on the keyboard to the universal plate. It's very stable (slightly wobbly twist, but tolerable). This keyboard mount did the trick, and the heightened armrest has given my wrists much relief. Good work as always, Vivo!

Very strong at a small cost. WARNING: Not all keyboards will fit.
Very sturdy metal keyboard tray. I bought this with a VESA mount arm and saved myself $100 dollars. Ergotron sells an arm/tray set up for $230 right now on sale. I bought an arm mount from Mount-it for $100 and this tray. Couldn't be happier, especially since the biggest complaint of the Ergotron was the flimsy keyboard tray. This tray is not flimsy, the wrist rest takes up far more space than I expected. I actually wish the tray was an inch deeper or have the option of no wrist rest, but I think that would cause structural issues because the rest adds strength. It is 7 1/8 inch deep where the keyboard sits.

Works really great for replacing a worn out plastic tray
I used this to replace an old plastic tray that was worn out (around 25 years old) that was connected to a fairly nice arm desk. The arm desk itself still works fine, so wanted to save the cost/hassle of replacing the whole unit. In my case, the arm extension didn't have the standard VESA holes, so I ended up drilling my own 4 holes in the tray -- turned out great. It's very sturdy and works with a full keyboard and mouse pad. I'm very happy with the results (see pics) and cost savings.

Really Poor Quality
The keyboard tray was shipped in a cardboard box with no padding, so I received it with 3 corners either slightly bent or smashed... The shipping damage also caused the paint to separate and start chipping off. Aside from that, the rivets look like they were installed by a pair of pliers or a hammer and the operator was drunk... I didn't expect much for a formed and painted steel plate, but this still disappointed me quite a bit. So, basically... Buy it only if you want to heavily modify it yourself after paying for it like I will be...

Solid build. Better than most I've seen online.
The build quality is fantastic. I could see why some people thought some of the thinner VESA keyboard mounts were flimsy, because with this one it's really not going to bend any time soon unless you purposely bend it.I wish the mount holes were either receded, or had flat top (not flat head, but actually beveled top) screws because the top part of the screw, or nut if you flip it over, cause the keyboard to stand up or wobble on them. It's not too bad if your keyboard has a bit of a raised underside, like mine does, or if you have keyboard footpads, which I don't, but it'd clearly work better with a solution to that one drawback.Overall, I'd highly recommend this if you want a good VESA mount for your keyboard. The included mouse pad and wrist pad are well worth the price over some of the cheaper mounts that will have a raised edge cutting into your wrists. One of the other options I've seen is by Ergotron, which has a mouse area that you can attach to either side. I needed something like that because I'm ambidextrous, so I need to be able to swap hands if/whenever I change my workspace. But it's more than twice as expensive. This allowed me to do the same thing by simply sliding the mouse pad over to the other side. The keyboard I have is a wireless, full size, flat top scissors keys, with numpad. It's made by HP and fits perfectly on here with room to spare. I imagine it could easily accommodate a standard spring key, tall button keyboard with no problem.

Great metal vesa keyboard tray
Great keyboard vesa tray, and a great way to creat a bedroom battle station, easy move keyboard or just an ergonomic keyboard tray. A great way to use a wall vesa arm.I could not stand normal keyboard trays that break like a cracker. So points for metal construction, and good pricing. The purpose i put this to is as a way for me to work from my bed or chair for the days i dont want to get fully out of bed (in the picture my bed is just past the red light.)I doubt I will replace this tray for a while, probably many desks, but this will be reused for a while.

Good quality and finish but rather heavy and has flat wrist rest.
This works and has a flat keyboard wrist rest and basic flat mouse pad. It is very thick steel plate so although it is robust it is pretty heavy and causes the pneumatic/hydraulic floating arm holding my small flat screen monitor to tip forward so you need to hold it to use it. I personally don't think it needs to be nearly this thick steel or as heavy. VISA holes all line up and it has nice routing for the keyboard and mouse cables and the powder coat finish is high quality. Overall it works but I would not recommend it or buy it again.
