What are the ingredients? I need to know if its nut and sesame free.

As far as I can see on the jar this is free from those ingredients

How to open the jar please

Okay once you've unscrewed the top, there should be a hard piece of plastic that sits on top of the jar inside. There should be a tiny lip where you can grab it and lift it off. Hope this helps. Don't throw this piece of plastic away. Always put it back on once you're finished with the cream. It keeps it hygenic and slows down oxidation.

Anyone have problems getting open?

Just received mine and can’t open it what’s the point in selling a product that won’t open !!
