Phenomenal Product. Phenomenal Result.
I did a ton of research and read a ton of reviews on a non-bulky, but effective radiant barrier for my garage door. The Georgia heat can be oppressive and the sun tracks right in front of my garage during the hottest parts of the day making it a sauna. This also causes the rooms next to (and above) the garage to heat up. I chose this insulator based on the reviews. This is truly great stuff. Easy to cut. I bought some aluminum tape for the edges just in case it came apart when I cut it but I didn't need the tape. I measured 5 times, cut once, and it went up like a dream. I used 3M double sided foam tape to help stick the middle to the garage door but tucked the edges of the insulation under the molding of the garage door panels and hinges. Worked like a charm and the results are so much better than I anticipated. The garage isn't nearly as hot as before and nor are the other room. I'm going to use this stuff in my crawl spaces, on my attic door and everywhere else I can think of. I'll use a staple gun for those areas. Can't say enough good things about this product, but this is enough for now.

awesome
Easy to work with. I had some shifty workers do insulation in a metal shed. The neglected to apply a moisture barrier, so I am having to remove all o the wall board and redo the insulation myself...no more trusting others...I ordered this to use under the fiberglass insulation as the moisture barrier. I am amazed at how easy it is to work with. If I had found it before I could have saved myself from wasting $1,000 on labor.I have ordered a second roll to finish the job. Thanks for such a great product.

Does a great job insulating my garage door. Sturdy and effective.
I was pleasantly surprised at the thickness and strength of the insulation. I was hopeful it would be strong enough to use as an insulation blanket for my garage door--it was! I used self-tapping metal screws through fender washers with very good success. No tearing even with just a few screws as I began the installation to hold it in place. I'm using it to keep the heat out of my garage (which faces south-west) in Southern Georgia.I'm very happy with the product and the distributor. They have sent two emails to make sure I'm satisfied with the product and to make themselves available for questions.Very good price for a quality product that is doing its job very well. I recommend it.

Noticeable difference.
This is a great product. I ordered this to insulate the rv windows for summer. Immediately could tell a difference. I ended up doubling the insulation by using carpet tape to adhere them together. Easy to cut with a carpenters knife. Shaped a piece of cardboard as a master to make the corner cuts. Compared to last year, the AC actually shuts off periodically compared to being on all the time. I expect the RV will be warmer this winter as well. Highly recommend.

Not for an area that gets a lot of exposure to the sun's rays
What I received is not as insulating as it is advertised to be. If I had known I would have sent it back. However I didn't check to see if the product received was what I ordered. I can still feel more heat coming through it than what I expected.

Ineffective
Not especially effective. Two layers of this was less effective than a single layer of the foil bubble type. The application was on a tank chilled to about 35F, and the outer layer of this wrap felt decidedly cold.

Easy to install
Used to insulate underneath a Inclosed porch. Ordered 4x50 feet roll and cut to size to fit between 14.5 x10 floor joists. Stapled to bottoms of floor boards.

Shorted me a foot
I have 10’x10’ roll up doors. The plan was to use this 48”x50’ roll for insulation. The plan was to cut two sections at 48”x10’, then cut the 48” length wise at 10’, and put that at the top, but the roll is 1’ short. I did the first door as you can see, but the roll was 49’. Unfortunately I was already done with the first door and cannot return it.
