TW: eating disorderI have struggled with an ED for about 5 years. I have tried to gain weight for a while, but I always struggle because my weight never distributes evenly. I always only gain it in my stomach and face, so I always end up just going back to unhealthy eating habits(skipping meals, not eating consistently).I’ve been using this pretty consistently for a couple weeks. It definitely increases my appetite a lot which I struggle with, and it has helped a lot with more even weight distribution.I only really started to notice today. I have also been wearing a waist trainer while using this, so it is probably working in conjunction with that.It’s not magical, but I would recommend for those who have had similar struggles to me. I’ve gained around 6 pounds(I’m usually 120 or under so a little bit makes a difference for me), and I can usually tell right away since I gain in my face a lot, but I haven’t really noticed until today. Umm, 😂😂 ok let’s start by saying these “balanced” my hormones a little too much 😂😂 I instantly gained weight taking 1 capsule daily and eating 3 times a day (or more), ended up pregnant so I stopped using them kinda like a good and a crazy thing, let’s blame the hormone thing didn’t expect this lol but overall I would recommend daily usage ,tolerable taste.
