Holds together
These can be used for a sandwich, burger, or toast. Great flavor and will hold up without having to be toasted.

Good flavor and texture
The flavor is good and they do not fall apart in your hands, like other GF rolls on the market. My GF sister raved so much about them that I hunted them down. She can buy them in Dallas area Costco’s, but everywhere else it seems Amazon is the best choice. Expensive for a hamburger bun, bit for my sister, I am Ok with the price. Only complaint is that they arrived rather mangled. Useable but unsightly.

Unstable shelf life
Recently purchased this product, as I found them in the store and liked the taste overall. When I received the product I received two packs of the ciabatta rolls. I initially ate the first package shortly after its was delivered. This morning I went to open the second package and the bag was huge around it looking like it was ready to explode. When I opened the package and smelled the ciabatta, while it was still within date, there was a very strong smell of what smelled like to me of what a brewery smells like. It may not be moldy, however it's not safe to eat. This isn't the first time that I have run into this with a Schar product. My recommendation is to not consume it if the package has expanded to the point that it looks like it will pop. This is now the second product that I've had to throw away, as I had to with bread previous to this which grew mold while I was storing it. Very disappointed. I will likely go back to my other gluten-free products, because I can't afford to get sick from this which I believe might be why I was sick a month ago while consuming this. I can't purchase more Schar at the risk that it will lose it's shelf stability before the date.

Nice Rolls
After a couple attempts at baking my own gluten-free bread, that didn't come up to par, I ordered these for some guests who eat gluten-free. As it turned out, this is the only GF bread they buy. I found it to be soft and tasty, but you can add a bit of crunch if you heat it up for a few minutes on 425° with the foil open for the tops, or make garlic bread, etc. These are not large, but make very nice small sandwiches, or use in bread-dipping oil as a side. I don't need GF foods, but will buy again, because I like them - they're easy and a good size for my needs. I bake my own breads, so I guess this a bit of a good testimonial for a manufactured food product.

Disappointed
I thought from reading the Q&A that I was getting 24 rolls, what I received was 8 rolls. I feel like $2.00 a roll is high. There is not a roll count in the description.

Great Flavor and Texture
If you are looking for gluten-free bread alternatives, this is a great choice. We use them for sandwiches and hamburger buns. I even put some butter and garlic on them and popped them in the oven one night for a side to (gluten-free) pasta. I have since put them on my Subscribe and Save order so I don't run out!

It doesn’t have tapioca in it which I’m severely allergic
It seems to be one of the few gluten free breads made without tapioca, which I am more seriously allergic to than gluten, so it’s a Godsend. It isn’t a French baguette, but I’m thrilled to be able to have this as it it were!Makes great sandwiches too!
