I always believe you have to use a product for 6 months before you can write a review. But this product in December. I couldn't wait any longer. I absolutely love this pan. It's traditional simple appearance is beautiful. Wonderful quality, and weight. I do a lot of tray bakes. This is perfect for 2. I put potatoes, and veg in the bottom, chicken, or salmon, on top of it all. My husband and I have a full meal, one pan. Cleanup is a breeze. Due to the enamel, food doesn't stick.

I use these pans for everything. They are a great size for smaller ovens. I have roasted mainly veggies and it has even heating.Best thing about them other than the size is how easy they are to clean. I came back to purchase another one.Only complaint is the price, however the pan isn’t thin and very good quality. Has held up in the dishwasher, although I usually clean by hand. I’d definitely recommend.

I love these enamel pans. No stick. Have used this kind for many years. Never disappointed. Easy clean-up.

The media could not be loaded. Cooking on the enamel is life changing! Crisps up so nicely because of how hot it gets but yet easy to clean. A bonus is can toss in the dishwasher ! I have purchased many size and colors. They make great gifts.

Really enjoying this enamel cooking tray that I got for about $25. It is a little bigger than the large burner on our electric stove top. Just have to move it back and forth to ensure even cooking. I use it to grill veggies, cook ground beef, bake rice, etc... This product helps remind me to cook smaller portioned meals. I will buy another one to have as a backup. Not sure about its lifespan yet, but it has withstood our dish washer and it looks the same as when I got it.

Got the open roaster. This is my new favorite pan! Lightweight, great finish, durable, beautiful and so easy to clean! This size fits perfectly in my Cuisinart toaster/convection oven. I have used it to make breakfast bakes, cookies, side dishes for my family of four and to reheat leftovers. It is dishwasher safe but it’s so easy to wash up that I’ve been hand washing every time and I have zero complaints. I plan to add more Crow Canyon to my collection once they are restocked.
