These liners are great. My 91 year old mother wears an incontinence pad and puts a liner on top of the pad. The liner really absorbs a lot of liquid and helps keep her dry. She's petite, 127 lbs., 5 ft tall (barely!), and the mini length is just right. The regulars are much longer than the minis. They seem to be the same thickness, though. Great product.

These are good booster pads. Extra added protection when I need it, such as leaving the house for the afternoon. They are soft, long, and absorb a decent amount of liquid. The only negative is that the adhesive strip isn't very strong. I have taken to supplementing the attachment strip with double-sided tape. Otherwise, it can tend to bunch up. The price is right too, since I'm already spending on the diapers.

I tested about five brands of pads because I was going to need a continuing supply. These were the best because of the flow-through design and the absorbency. These pads have only a thin layer of adhesive on the reverse side, so urine passes through them to whatever is below. That could be another pad or the diaper. All of these layers retains the urine. Other pads force urine to pass to the side and leak out. They are so absorbent that the diaper can often be reused.

This insert works well. It enhances the length of time in between changes absorbing as much or more fluid than the incontinence brief alone. I don’t notice a urine smell as I dispose of them in a waste sack.I’m awaiting hip replacement surgery and it is difficult to get to the bathroom on time. Leaks are embarrassing and this pad is like buying insurance. I especially wear them if I am going to be away from home for awhile.

It has been just as advertised.
