Arrived intact. Easy to assemble takes only a couple of minutes. I have only used a couple of times but certainly feel the pressure on my muscles. I will certainly continue to use as can watch telly and use this piece of equipment at the same time

Initially I thought this was a good sturdy, robust product but after 3 months of use the spring snapped rendering the product completely unusable. In my opinion a waste of money.
