I’ve tried so many shampoos for my oily hair and sensitive scalp, and this one is by far the best. It leaves my hair feeling super clean without stripping it or making my scalp itch. The peppermint scent is refreshing but not overpowering, and I love that it’s made with natural ingredients like aloe vera and argan oil. No sulfates, no residue just soft, healthy hair. Totally worth it!

Hi, so this is my first personal care product review and I felt it was imperative to leave one for this item (so far). I have been depressingly suffering from scalp seborrheic dermatitis for about 15 years now. I’ve been to the dermatologist in Los Angeles (where I’m from) and she prescribed the Neutrogena T-Gel shampoo set, ketaconozole shampoo, mineral oil I never used as the side effects freaked me out! Etc etc... these were all temporary fixes and just a band aid on the wound 😔 I’ve tried most shampoos she prescribed me and they completely ruined my hair! I had knots for days looking like a rats nest! It would temp. clear out my scalp for some short months and come back again! I’ve been looking for a remedy that will lessen my dry scales, the itchiness at my scalp and not ruin my hair (anymore than it is due to seborrheic dermatitis) and I haven’t found THE one special go to hair care item. I purchased this bottle, thought it was very expensive (dislike) for a small bottle (I did not purchase the conditioner as it is pricey) but thought I’d give the shampoo a try since soapberries are supposed to be for sensitive skin. I’ve only washed my hair once with this but I can tell within these two days of not washing it my constant itchiness has subsided! This is a good sign (I don’t expect this to cure me but I look forward to continued use and hopefully keep my symptoms to a minimum). Have in mind that the bottle does say GENTLE lather so don’t expect grand foamy bubbles. Pump some out of the bottle and really massage some in your hands and then on your scalp to feel it’s soft cleanliness. Massage this goodness all over your scalp first for 5 mins and then bring down to your hair....it does lather and smells like lovely lavender essential oil. It left my hair soft, it has great ingredients and too bad there aren’t too many reviews left for this item yet! I recommend trying this if you have my same scalp issue,sensitive scalp, light psoriasis, excema, troubled skin etc that is sensitive to chemicals. I will post here after a month to update my review and journey.

Been using for 3 years and it's really the perfect shampoo for me.

They could really market this as kids shampoo! The ingredients here are safer than even a shampoo designed for kids, from brands like Honest. This was moisturizing enough so I don’t need to use another product after shampooing, cutting down on the time my kid has to sit there in the tub obediently. I love how their long, wavy (2A) hair wasn’t weighed down and felt soft. More smooth, than voluminous. Cute surprise was getting a soapberry in the box!I was searching for a natural, unscented shampoo that is also moisturizing for my kid’s delicate hair. This was surprisingly impossible to find. So, I ran these ingredients through AI comparing it to many other brands. While AI is flawed, it was helpful to see comparisons and explanations of every ingredient.My only gripe is the price, it’s twice the price I should really be spending. I shouldn’t have to endure headaches and my house smelling like a candy factory to save money. Please make a cheaper version for kids, maybe without the argan oil so it’s less costly! It already has lots of other great oils, it may not need to be replaced with almond or grapeseed.

I have had a rough time with my dry skin and terribly dry scalp for a long time. My friend got the Soapberry body wash and really liked it. So, I bought it and it's great. Really helped my skin. So, I decided to try the fragrance free shampoo, Argan oil. I just got it yesterday and used it this morning. It is the best shampoo I have used ever! For the first time in years, my scalp hasn't itched all day! If you have been through the itching, burning of scalp, then you will know what I mean. It's natural, nothing weird! I wish Soapberry also had a fragrance free conditioner! I am very allergic to fragrances. This is now my "go to" shampoo! Love it!

If you were using their soapberry fragrance free shampoo this is not the same thing. This arrangement oil shampoo left my hair lank and my color left in 1/2 the normal time. I didn't realize that this was not my normal shampoo because it was listed instead of the soapberry on my past orders. It helps with the itchiness but it weighs my hair down.

I was skeptical, but I'm sticking with this. Clean, silky, and a healthy scalp. Happiness is.

When we say "natural" products only THIS IS WHAT WE WANT!I bought the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and face wash. I have been dealing with psoriasis and other issues on my scalp and body from harsh chemicals even in products labeled as natural. Tree to Tub is majority rated "Good to Excellent" on the Yuka app almost every product is rated a 75-100% in quality.This was the just after 1 shampoo and conditioing my waves are present with no styling done, my scalp isn't sore! Usually when I shampoo my scalp burns and it hurts conditioners can never sit on my head for longer than a minute before my scalp is on fire. None of that happened with Tree to Tub! My skin feels incredible, my hair and scalp feel healthy and SOFT it's been YEARS since I've have this. I cannot recommend this brand enough. You will not regret it.They also send a soapberry in your package which is SO COOL! You Boil the berry that looks like seed and inside the berry is a seed. After booking it you rub it in your hands and it turns to soap!! All natural. God really gave us everything we need on this planet.Thank you Tree to Tub!
