Is there a trick to keeping it on the lowest setting? It keeps changing back to the highest one and it burns my skin

Set your dial to the lowest by pushing the round button at the top of the NoNo and you will see the line move up or down which ever you want. Keep the lone at middle or bottom for the lowest setting. It still gets warm but do not hold it in one place on your skin because it can get warm and burn your skin. And don’t keep going over the same area as it can burn also. Move it slowly over skin and go back to the beginning if you want to take more hair off. 🤞 Good Luck

What do I do when the red light turns on and the device does not work?

If you see a red light, turn off the device to check the tip is inserted correctly. The red light appears only when the Thermicon Tip is improperly installed, damaged, or depleted of if the device needs to be charged.

Can you do Brazilian hair?

You can use no!no! along the bikini line but please don't go any lower.
