I was able to use the product straight out of the box. It probably had a half-charge or less.I was pleasantly surprised with the first test. There are two massage modes which last ten minutes: one is more firm and the other a bit lighter. You can also adjust between low intensity and high intensity I believe. There are straps which allow you to focus the massage point to wherever you're feeling tightness.I recommend this item for anybody experiencing neck and shoulder pain for it's effectiveness and affordability. I think it can also be used for the lower back area. It would make a great gift too!

Delighted with this .I had a total hip replacement and this has provide extra benefits for circulation while recovering.Easy to use ,quality materials and a great price.

The build quality is better than expected for the price. Used once straight from the box, lots of settings and felt good. The power didn’t seem really strong but probably due to to low battery. Lots of great attachments and a decent carry case comes with it too. So far worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. Worked fine out of the box and then after 2 months of not using it it just stopped working, now it won’t even switch on after a long charge. Terrible quality, don’t buy this and save yourself some money.

I received my massage gun just a day after I placed my order and I was impressed with the fast shipping. The product itself has a sleek design and the packaging was visually appealing. I haven't had a chance to use the massage gun yet, but I'm hopeful that it will live up to my expectations. The gun itself has a nice weight to it and the various attachments seem well-made. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and am looking forward to giving it a try.

I ordered and received a Shiatsu Neck Massager, I was swayed by the excellent reviews but on re-reading them it appear that the reviews relate to a totally different product! The quality of the massager is okay, the electric cord is short and I could feel no differentiation in heat when increasing it or the speed. The whole thing is cumbersome and not comfortable to use. I returned it for a refund.
