You can set it on a timer or it also has an auto shut off on its own so I can let it run at night and don't have to worry about turning it off myself. The remote it comes with is great. My 11-year-old sensory seeking son loves to fall asleep with this on and it helps with his night time anxiety. He loves the remote so he can turn it on from bed. It does have a music/ sound option he sometimes uses. He did trip and rip the cord out of the wall but was able to use one we already had. Very calming. It's a Keeper!

Great product in a small package, works off of any USB. I ran it off of a power cell for two hours with no problems. It uses very little power. The Aurora light effect is amazing. I like that you can chose from the four different colors independently or any combination of the four colors to create your effect / mood. I also like that you can turn star or Aurora on and off independently or together It has limited built-in sound scapes but you can stream music or sounds via blue tooth. The audio quality is good, volume is adequate for the one or two hour sleep timer. I wood give it five stars if the star feature had more colors than just green. For the price 5 stars.

Good for kid's room at bedtime

This thing is really cool!! Everything it claims to do. No set up required. Awesome straight out of the box. Beautiful!!

I like it, and it operates the way that it should, but there is one thing that kind of disappoints me. And that’s the fact that it has to really be in the middle of the room in order to cover the walls and the ceiling. Not too many people have a table in the middle of their room. Other than that everything‘s great with it easy to set up operates as it should. But I gave it a three because of its placement in a room. I would have to put in middle of my bed to get full effect.

Very relaxing. Love the colors. The remote control is easy to use. No noise level unless you Bluetooth in your phone.
