Great, sleek Bluetooth keyboard
The media could not be loaded. Great little keyboard. Bluetooth connection is strong. The charging cable is magnetic. Adjustable angle for view. I like being able to switch between keyboard and emojis. Some of the commands/shift keys are different from a traditional qwerty keyboard. Bluetooth Charges last a long time. Also no real protection if dropped. Be careful, if the product is fully opened (flipped all the way over) the keyboard will not work - see last photo. I mistakenly returned it the first time bc I thought it was broken. Just user error.

Closest to Magic Keyboard
Pro:Its the thinnest lightest keyboard available for ipad mini. All the others were bulky and heavy. This has great quality build and keys. You can take it off the case easily. Strong magnets hold ipad in place.Cons: I wish the closing would be better. Often the magnets won’t close the case all the way but its not terrible. I wish there was a version with track pad but there isnt room given the mini size. A track pad would also make the case too heavy. The angle of the kickstand could be better. Magic keyboard has a frontward facing angle but again this is minor.Overall: great price, good quality, and lightest keyboard with sleek look and great keys on the market. This is the best you can make it given ipad mini small size.

Almost perfect...
By far the best iPad mini keyboard I have, and I have tried many.... Super thin with very good battery life and pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Because of the small size, have to use the "control" button to access the third character on many of the keys but not that big of a deal once I got used to it.

Truly the next best thing to an iPad Smart Keyboard
I’m typing this review using this keyboard.Frustratingly cramped keys. I understand that we don’t have a lot of space to work with but let’s MAXIMIZE what we do have. I’m going to make the broad assumption that anyone who needs a keyboard is more or less on their way to being a touch typist. As someone who types 130+ WPM this keyboard is FRUSTRATING. If I could change one thing about it I would ask for a longer space bar. Get rid of the command key next to it OR give it the same function as space because it’s useless and in the way. Some keys on the bottom line need to be hit extra hard which is annoying.Weird specialized charger. Like at least use micro-usb. I’m going to lose that thing so fast.I do love that it is super light, super compact, and as close as you can get to an Apple Magic Keyboard Folio Deelio. But for the love of god fix the space bar and maybe don’t gang up 3 keys in one key cause I’m going mad trying to type a simple sentence with contractions. PLEASE. We do not need so any Command and Option keys (its not a laptop FFS). Fix it and I will happily buy it again. Otherwise I am VERY much on the fence about keeping it.

A really good little keyboard!
This keyboard has a great, solid keyboard feel. I have average-sized male hands and while it feels a little tight when typing a long document, it is still comfortable. I love all the keyboard shortcuts included! There are a few keys that must do triple duty (shift, normal or control key combos) but I found a way around many of them: settings>genera>keyboard>text replacement let me eliminate most of the times I need to use apostrophes, for example, and I also came up with a question mark workaround that way. The hyphen and quotation marks still need to use the control key, but didn't take me long to learn to do that more or less automatically. This is literally the only thing I can criticize about the keyboard. I've had a lot of iPad keyboards over the years and this one is the best one I've used (besides the Magic Keyboard on a Pro). I also love the fact that this can be used in either landscape or portrait mode (!) The magnets when using the keyboard are adequately secure, and when in "carry" mode it is very secure, as there is more contact with the back cover. The screen angles one can get are very useful and practical. It doesn't move around on the table. As another reviewer wrote, charge it before setting it up (takes 1-2 hours). The weight is only 5 ounces more than a standard protective cover, and the bulk is the same. The tiny bit of extra weight is worth it IMHO, and is less than nearly all others and much less (and more convenient) than carrying a separate folding keyboard. The weight including the iPad Mini is only 1 pound 3 ounces (the iPad weighs a little over 10 oz by itself). This feels very much like an Apple product, and is definitely worth the $50.

I understand why this is a highly returned item…
I bought this keyboard folio because it was recommended by a YouTube influencer. When I saw that Amazon had labeled it as a highly returned item, I was hesitant, but ordered it anyway. It’s made fairly well and it fits the iPad mini well, but there are some drawbacks to this keyboard that will make a lot of people return it. I have smallish hands and the keyboard is very cramped. Now, I’ll say that this is for the iPad mini, so you are not going to get a full size keyboard in such a small footprint, but they made some choices that made the keyboard even less usable. The space bar is very small and that is the biggest downside to me. They could have sacrificed the command and option key on the right to allow for a bigger space bar or made the up arrow key set on the right smaller.Another big downside for me is the charging cord is proprietary so if you lose it, you will not be able to charge the keyboard. Not only that, but you cannot close the keyboard and charge it. The contacts are on the upper right of the keyboard and the charging end has to make magnetic contact there and it’s too bulky to close the keyboard so you need to lay it open to charge. The keyboard has nice scissor type keys so the feel of the keyboard is good, but you’ll have to do some finger gymnastics when typing to get the results you want. I kept hitting the command key instead of the space bar.Overall it’s nicely made folio and it will do in a pinch, but you are probably better off getting a foldable portable keyboard that give you more space for the keys, like the iClever foldable keyboard. The tiny space bar and some other keyboard choices in addition to the proprietary charging cable make it so I can’t recommend this keyboard to anyone. Your mileage may vary.
