Perfect Replacements
Bought to replace worn pulleys on the daily driver. Genuine Spares, so a direct replacement for the original pulleys. So simple to fit and has restored the original performance to the rear mech. Not much else to say!

Shimano Jockey wheel Y5XH98120
These fitted my old Shimano Deore LX deraileur 9 speed, the guide jockey wheel goes in the top and has a small amount of play in it to allow shifting gears, the tension one goes in the bottom and has an arrow on it for direction it also has bearings inside which the guide does not so make sure you fit them properly. Deraileur working much better now and not rubbing on cage as old was, bought from TheWoolyHatShop.

Remember to lubricate and spot the difference
These were a simple like-for-like replacement, so they're perfect for the job. They did squeak, but a few drops of oil fixed that. They're not identical, and they are directional and not very clearly marked, so some instructions inside the box would be helpful.

Worth checking when you replace the chain
I'd not really noticed the state of the jockey wheels but when I looked the top wheel had spikes instead of flats between the chain indents and both were very floppy on their axles. Easy and cheap fix - all good for many more years

Jockey wheels innit
Replacement for a 105 jockywheel that had somehow decide it's bushing no longer belonged to it and it wanted to drift in a horizontal fashion everywhere instead of do you know, what it's supposed it do.Perfectly good replacement, easy to fit (don't even take the chain off, waste of time). Can't moan

Usual Good Quality
Usual good quality from Shimano, be aware that these have to be fitted correctly ie. The tension wheel has to be fitted at the lower end of the derailleur and is directional and should be fitted so that rotates in a clockwise direction. Each wheel is clearly marked though and if you do this and you shouldn't have any problems. At first glance you wouldn't think there is any difference between the wheels, but trust me on this, there is and it will make a fundamental difference to how your drivetrain performs.

105 part that works for Ultegra 6700
These are specifically a 105 5700 part but fit perfectly well in an Ultegra 6700 rear mech. The difference is that these are a standard bearing when compared to the standard/ceramic combination I beieve are in the Ultegra. Given the age of the Ultegra 6700 groupset now, paying extra doesn't seem to make a huge amount of sense for most people. These do a job and stopped the squealing from worn Ultegra parts straighaway. Seem to run soothly enough, and I'm sure I'm not good enough to notice any other difference when riding. They don't come with instructions but we're only talking 2x 4mm hex bolts to remove and refit.
