Like the original green ones but cushioned
Deep heel cups and good cushioning. Not as much arch support as the original greens, but I’ve worn these for one week and my feet feel great.

Bad Feet? Buy NOW!
I’ve worn this brand of inserts for many years and have always been pleased. I have plantar fasciitis, high arches, and a history of four knee surgeries on my right knee, so having a supportive shoe is important. Unfortunately most shoes don’t provide the full support I require so these make the shoes I wear perfect. Yes the price is much higher than what you buy in the grocery stores but these are so much better than anything I’ve tried from any store.

Nice and comfortable- immediate relief!
I was hesitant having to cut these inserts when I first received them, but after trying on a smaller size I realize the importance of having correct fit! These insoles are strong, sturdy and 100% comfortable. There were recommended by my orthopedist to help with my hip, knee and back pain. So far, so good!! I transfer them to my hiking boots as needed, so I’m thinking of just buying a second pair. They definitely make a difference!

Great arch support!
For anyone who has had Plantar Fasciitis and NEVER wants to get it again, these inserts are good. I got new Hokas, which claim not to need inserts, but I have such high arches, I'm glad I ordered these anyway. In between these and the Hokas, I'm floating on air!

Increased heel pain
I have always loved my Superfeet insoles. I have used the high arch ones for years. I decided to get the “Run” ones since I use them in my running shoes. I thought they felt good after a run and then I ended up with the worst heel pain (plantar fasciitis) ever! I at one point could hardly walk. I thought I would have to drop out of my 10 mile race due to the pain. I do not recommend these particular ones. I will be going back to my regular ones.

high arch
These were recommended by my doctor at the hospital that I used to work at. Unfortunately, the arch was too high. I unfortunately had to return them. I know that the doctors recommend twas too high. I unfortunately had to return them. I know that the doctors recommend them though.hem though.
