Great Power Splitter!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This was great! I needed to get power to something and it was easiest to run cat5 to it. Great little device and great build quality!

Working well.
I recently purchased the SODOLA 30W PoE Splitter for my security camera setup, and it has been a fantastic addition! The installation was a breeze, and it meets the IEEE 802.3af/at standards seamlessly. Now, I enjoy uninterrupted performance and a cleaner setup without extra cables. Highly recommend this splitter for anyone looking to enhance their security system!

Works But Too Expensive For What It Is
I am using these to power some Reolink Wi-Fi floodlights. So far they work fine but they are over-priced for what you are getting.

works as expected. make sure to have the right size
works great - was able to split my ethernet and poe for a device that needed 12v dc.

Handy to power devices over PoE
Have a custom home automation device that doesn't need ethernet, but I wanted to power with PoE. I had bought another brand of this item previously, but it failed near immediately, so I picked this brand up instead. Cheap, 30w of power, and works great.

Don't buy this, unless you want to replace it soon.
Died after only a fee months.12v output still functions, network passthrough is dead. Don't buy.

Run power to your camera (or other device) over 1 ethernet cable
Great way to get power to my outdoor camera without running any more power cables. NOTE: you must have a PoE (power over ethernet) switch or power injector on the other end of your network cable obviously. But it works - simple and no cable clutter!!

Running a netgear router just fine
I had gotten it set up along with a POE injector today. I did some testing with a wattage meter to make sure they were negotiating properly and it seems so. I am using a 50 Foot run of ethernet to do it. I am using a AC1750 R6400v2, but I am nearly 100% certain that any router that needs a power input of 12V and 2.5A will work just fine with this splitter. It was very much plug and play.
