Hello reader,I have had a positive experience with this keyboard since purchasing it a year ago. However, I recently encountered connectivity issues. The call center was very helpful, providing a troubleshooting video, which unfortunately did not resolve the problem. I visited the service center, and my issue was fixed within minutes, as I was covered under warranty and did not incur any costs.If you are considering this keyboard, I recommend it based on my experience and the value it offers. I would also like to commend Jayesh Dave and Suryakant Navade, the service center executives at Origin Marketing, for their prompt assistance.Overall, I am satisfied with both the product and the after-service support.

It has been 1 week I am using and the best part is the lighting or u can call it RGB is so so so nice that if u look at the keyboard it make u happy. at last I want to it is the best product to buy if u want 60% and red switch are so quite and smooth to typing and gaming

I bought the K616 pro with very low expectations, but it has blown me away. The build quality is excellent, with little to no flexing whatsover. It is a full plastic construction, but I really can't complain at this price point. Typing on this is an enjoyable experience. The stock Otemu red switches you get are really light and they almost feel lubed. The stabilisers too have no rattle. The board is fully hotswappable, making it extremely easy to modify it. If you take off all of the keycaps, you'll see 9 screws, which if you unscrew the keyboard opens right up. I put a sheet of EVA foam between the pcb and the plate and also put 3 layers of EVA foam in the case, and it makes the board sound even better. 3 mode connection is a huge plus point for me because I like to keep as little wires in my setup as possible. The RGB is the brightest I've ever seen. It's extremely vibrant and can be fully controlled by an easy to use software. You can also control the RGB using some key combinations on the board itself. The battery life is excellent. Although there is no way to find out how much battery you have left, I charge it abou an hour every week and have had no battery issues. I use it about 7-8 hours daily with the RGB brightness maxed out. The stock keycaps are shine through double shot ABS keycaps. Although they are pretty decent, I'd still recommend going for some cheap PBT keycaps to really extract the most out of this board. I bought a set of double shot pbt keycaps from Hyekit, and the board sounds exactly like a high end enthusiast keyboard now. If you also lube the switches and stabilisers, you'll get that "creamy thock" sound that a lot of you would have heard in keyboard videos.So yeah, in summary, the best budget mechanical keyboard out there. It's your best choice if you want to get into keyboards and keyboard modding

The Bluetooth stops working in the second try, and after few days the wired connection also stopped working. Idk why it happened its most likely the Software. After few months, The Buttons started malfunctioning too. I tried resetting it but didnt fix the problem. I've never had any issues with any other company I used but this one was very cheaply made, Rated a one star.

this is the best keyboard under 3.5ki wanna say that if u want to a good gaming keyboard n a portable keyboard u can go ahead with this one the keys feels so premium. if u have money to buy it just buy it dont think alot u can also find negative review but mine is perfect

Do not buy cheap mechanical keyboards like this one ... better get any membrane one from top brands like logitec , corsair , etc .... always avoid brands like REDRAGON, REDGEAR, etcthis keyboard im using k616 fizz pro it is not even an yr after purchase and it started malfunctioning ..The wired mode connection keeps disconnecting and reconnecting , it started happening all of a sudden one day and then keeps going on randomly ... using the other mode of connection like 2.4ghz wireless does not occur any issues for now atleast , and that is my only hope when the wired mode keeps disconnecting ... however after using the wireless mode for long time , the wired disconnecting issue does not occurs for some days , but it will happen again eventually .. this makes me wonder why it is happening , the wired mode should not need to be charged then why is it happening ???however this is just one problem , as time goes on and u use this keyboard regularly for gaming or typing in general , u will start to notice the keys are not working properly ...pressing a key registers it twice or even does not registers it sometimes ...this is very frustrating , and the user will have a very hard time using it .before this i've used a cheap logitec keyboard worth 800rs i think , for like 8 years , and not a single issue happened with that one ...for the sake of humanity , pls avoid these garbage chinese brands like redragon

The keyboard is good overall, but the layout might not work for gamers, coders, or office workers.The function and second keys are hard to see, so they're not easy to use.Also, there are no dedicated arrow keys or function keys, which can be annoying.
