These weights are incredibly comfortable. The material is soft against the skin, preventing any irritation even during extended workouts. The product has three straps to adjust to your size. The steel bars come pre-installed so all you have to do is strap in! Easy. It has a good sturdy weight to it which I can feel after walking around with it, then without it!This will be good for those who wish to become more agile or feel the extra burn when running/boxing. Son brought to get fitter while using vr headset. Not comfortable when not wearing log sleeves.

These are made with comfortable material however I don't consider myself to have big forearms, yet they are extremely tight around the forearms with no spare strap to losen and only fit well when the strap is twisted.

although you'll have to work a technique to get them on to your limbs , especially if you use them on your arms.Much cleaner than iron filings/sand based products, and keeps fingers free (if you practice martial arts for instance).

The straps come undone easily when weights are added. They slip down and rub on your ankles - They are designed to allow upto 5kg each leg however, they failed after 5 weeks of power working daily. Don’t waste your money, invest in proper kit. I cannot return even though they are faulty.

Comfortable and gets you working out whilst doing normal chores - as long as you don’t mind looking like a superhero when they’re on your forearms
