This fits my Resmed AirSense 10 perfectly. The nose pillow snaps right in place. I cut the strap base so that the bottom strap fits at the base of my skull.My husband has said several times that this rig is the quietest ever in the six years that I have used ResMed.

Product arrived in sealed, hygienic vacuum bag and was easy to open. The medium and large AirFit P10 nasal pillows perfectly fit this frame and hose. The small AirFit P10 nasal pillows will not fit this device and I don't remember if that was mentioned in the product description. This is an affordable option for me while I work with my insurance company and vendor to get the supplies I need for my CPAP treatment; a life saving treatment that the convicted felon in White House is disrupting by changing Medicare and Medicaid.

First nasal pillow installed leaked until I pushed real hard to get it to "snap" in place.. once the leak issue was fixed it functioned very well for me.

Don't waste your money. Very cheaply made where the tube tore in less than a month (for both sets). The Resmed machine indicated severe leakage most likely due to the vents which are also very loud. Headband doesn't hold tension which requires constant tightening throughout the night. Spent the money and bought the genuine Resmed headset and all is good in the world.

Didn't last as long as the OEM tube and the plastic size adjustment is uncomfortable on your head if you sleep on that side.

I prefer the ItAll P10 system over the RESMED N30i system. Much cheaper over name brands. The head gear is lighter weight, less cumbersome and constrictive to use. Luckly, the nasal pillows do not bother my nasal openings and the pillows form a better seal that allows me to sleep on my sides. The ItAll P10 system design also has side diffusers vents on the left and right side of the mask dissipating the constant air flow pressure to release quietly and slowly. Cheaper models do not. The ItAll P10 system does not come with nasal pillows. I hope this info is helpful in your CPAP journey.
