I have no idea how East Oak makes and sells this thing for $99. The entire unit is stainless and looks great. If you have even rudimentary assembly skills, you do not need anything other than the printed instructions. All the fasteners are in a bubble back and are labeled clearly, which correspond to the printed instructions. One thing I believe that is not mentioned in the ad - ALL fasteners are stainless, which is a big deal. The last one I bought from HD was painted steel with low grade fasteners, which lead to everything rusting down into the ground after a few years. This unit is all stainless, so it should last a long time.Easy to assemble, lights immediately, and puts out a ton of heat. Best purchase I've made in a while on Amazon.

Great instructions for a very easy assembly. Alll screws/bolts were well marked and instructions were simple. Once finished the heater makes quite a statement visually and we used last night and did a very good job. I bought a second one for our deck .

We just purchased this patio heater and have used it 3 times on our back patio. It is easy to move, it heats quickly and covers a good diameter of about 10 feet. I sat under it on a chair on a chilly night this October 2024, and put a thermometer next to me. It read 82 degrees.

The unit came with very clear instructions was pretty easy to assemble. Unfortunately, the burner unit wouldn't stay lit and a replacement was required. I contacted the service group, they had me provide a brief video demonstrating the problem. Almost immediately they confirmed the problem and ordered a new burner and had it shipped. The new unit works fine. Thanks to the team in the Service Department.

This company stands behind its products 100%.. I bought this heater for my Patio. It worked wonderfully for about a week. Then the igniter failed. I called customer service. They were very polite and eager to help.They had me send videos of my process to see the problem and confirm that it was not operator error.After verifying the problem, they offered to ship a new "burner assembly ".They apologized that the 48,000btu unit was out of stock for 2 weeks. I agreed to wait.A few days later, to avoid the delay, they offered to ship a 55,000btu assembly immediately.I got it.. installed it.. waiting for a label to send the old one back.SERVICE DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT.
