I replaced my house cleaner
I am so happy with this purchase! For the price I typically pay to have my home cleaned I can pay this in two months. I typically pay 120-130 biweekly for a cleaner to come in because of the 3k sq feet we have in our house and for me alone that is a lot of flooring to cover. I figured I would rather pay for this item to do it for me and stop paying housecleaners. There is a downside of the mopping that you can not use cleaner directly but with dogs just the cloth wiping down helps cut down on dirt a ton. The vacuum does a great job of picking up and we could tell the difference fast. I like that there is multiple levels of suctions, also for mopping you can choose the amount of water to use. The app is easy to use as well. I was super impressed by the app and it gives you real time status of what parts of floor is cleaned. I love the easy spot or zone cleaning directive on app as well. The noise level is a little loud compared to the shark robot vacuum I previously had but as long as it leaves my floors clean, I don't mind. The battery does take a bit to charge and then according to what suction you use the battery is used a little faster. Overnight it charges fine but if I use the turbo suction I notice battery dies faster.

Excellent value and performance.
Pros: Mapping and Navigation, Effective Vacuuming, Great App, Overall excellent value.Cons:- Mopping isn't very effective, and leaves streaks on the floor. I don't even use it. If you want good mopping, upgrade to one of their spinning mop models.- No battery management options in settings, to limit maximum charge and extend battery service life.

Best purchase of the year!
The Roborock Q7 Max has easily been the best quality-of-life purchase I’ve made in years. I owned one of the early robo-vacuums about a decade ago, and it was such a clunky, ineffective experience that I swore off the whole category. Fast forward to now, and this little powerhouse completely changed my mind. Setup was a breeze — in under 20 minutes, the app had mapped my entire home, divided it into zones, and labeled each room with impressive accuracy. We share our home with a husky mix, and while we adore him, I’ve never met a dog that sheds quite like this one. The Q7 Max handles the hair like a champ, picking up what feels like endless fur without getting clogged or losing suction. It’s not whisper-quiet, but it’s noticeably quieter than a traditional upright or stick vacuum, so I don’t find it disruptive. The mop function is a nice extra, though I’d call it more of a light maintenance tool than a deep-clean replacement for a traditional mop. Still, for everyday upkeep, it’s perfect. All in all, this vacuum has gone from “gadget I hoped would help” to “indispensable part of keeping the house clean” — and I couldn’t be happier with it.

Not bad but there are some issues...
This is generally a pretty good item but there are a few issues that should be considered. The Good:- The app is intuitive and is pretty straight forward. It has been reliable and easy to use.- It does a great job of mapping the house and generally runs in a logical way.- One of my favorite parts is that this is a modular design and can EASILY be repaired by anybody of any skill level. For an expensive investment, this was important to me knowing that I can keep it running for years into the future. Excellent job!- Works very well on hardwood floors, though I have yet to try the mopping feature. The Bad:- I'm not expecting this to perform like an upright or a canister vac. That said, it does a really poor job of picking up pet hair on our throw rugs. I can go over it a half dozen times and it just doesn't get it up. I have uploaded a pic to show the hair remaining in it's path after going over it 6 times; yes you read that right. The beaters are clean as is the filter. The suction is also on high in this area.- My biggest gripe with the app is that you can't add rooms easily. You can only add them if you do a full clean and if you don't want to do a full clean you have to update the app to make no-go zones everywhere forcing it to go where you want so it adds rooms and then reset the map back to the way it was. There should be a better way to accomplish this.- Have pets? The dust bin is too small if you have dogs that shed, which was the main reason we got this. You must empty the bin every time it runs. Sometimes, it clogs up so fast that clumps of dog hair are dispersed all over the house. You really have to run it frequently to prevent this from happening.- My other throw rug problem is that the side brush spins and snags under the throw rugs preventing it from getting up on top the carpet quite frequently. This is frustrating, but I can't think of a better solution at the moment other than the brushes would have to more from the top than from the side. Conclusion: I do in fact recommend this robot vacuum. It does help keep the house cleaner. I tend to use a broom to pull dust and pet hair from the walls and corners first to improve results. I really love the modular design so we can keep it running well into the future. I really would recommend the self emptying Roborock if you have the $ to throw at it, especially if you have pets. We have the resources, but from a value perspective, it would have cost us nearly triple the cost for the self emptying feature since we got this one on sale. Perhaps in the future if this hold up well. I really with I could find a solution for all the pet hair being left behind as that is probably my biggest gripe. If you can accept some of the negatives outlined, I do recommend this item.

If you’re on the fence, just buy it! So awesome!
I had a roomba 10 years ago and it was aweful. I knew the technology has advanced a lot since then so I decided to try the Roborock. I am so glad I did!! This thing is amazing! I no longer have to vacuum or mop! If you can afford to get a more expensive version I would definitely go for it. I personally am on a tight budget so I got this one and it has been great! If ever I get a chance I would buy the one that empties itself. My dog has a lot of hair so I need to empty it after every use. The battery life is great, it gets up all my dogs hair, and the app is easy to use.
