I've struggled with nighttime teeth grinding for a long time—so severely that I experienced daily headaches and intense jaw pain. My dentist recommended a mouth guard, but the traditional boil-and-bite or full-mouth options were uncomfortable, irritated my gums, and just felt unpleasant to wear.This product has truly been a game-changer! It only covers the back teeth, which makes it so much more comfortable, and it's significantly reduced my grinding. Since I started using it, my headaches and jaw pain have completely disappeared. I'm genuinely impressed and so relieved to have finally found something that Works!

Very disappointed. I have bought this product many times before and it has worked well. As another consumer mentioned, I flip it so it doesn’t dig into my bottom gums. This time it seems they may have changed the material in the adjustable band as it is terribly flimsy. If I pull the band to adjust it, it takes tremendous effort to push it back into place. This is important for cleaning the product. I always use the smallest setting and the front of the band now sticks out of my mouth. Previous purchases the quality was much better. These were dependable and comfortable but now I’ll need to find another brand to use.

I really like this product. These are so small and comfortable. At first I was afraid it wouldn't stay in place and become choking hazard, but they stay put throughout the night. The band is adjustable if you need it larger. If I put it in wrong it does rub against the gums and make them sore, but I just flip it over and it's perfect. These are exactly what i need, and are so much cheaper and less bulky than the big name brand I used to use.

I usually use the Dentek nightguards that are similar so I decided to try these as they're a better price. First off, these are smaller and the band goes straight across, not dipping down across the front of the teeth. The pads are also softer.Overall these are fine but I find it more difficult to keep it properly positioned due to the way the band sits on my teeth. I'll probably end up going back to my previous brand.

Works but too ready to adjust length with your tongue unintentionally. Then it rubbed against my bottom lip and caused a blister. Tired multiple nights. Technically works but I've had others where the adjustment takes more effort.

There is no way to have this stay put in your mouth unless you clench your teeth 100% of the time, which is impossible. It just falls out as soon as your teeth unclench a little. I have no idea how this is even a sellable product.I thought the clear part that goes around the front of the teeth would be firm and hold, it's just a flexible line like a rubber band. The guard just falls out somewhere in your mouth if used on the top or bottom teeth. This could easily be a choking hazard while sleeping. I'm throwing it out.I purchased this to try to see if it would help to stop the inside cheek biting that I get with my regular fitted mouthguard, but this product was a waste of money.

I have been using this guard for 4 nights. It hasn't shown any wear or bite marks. I mention that because all of the others I've tried, all name brands, have shown bite marks and don't last more than a month. I'm hopeful for this guard. I have an intense bite at night, and so far, I'm thrilled I tried this brand because it gives me a comfortable cushion on my molars.

This item is very flimsy and is hard to keep in your mouth. The white part that connects to the purple pieces is designed so poorly that it feels so awkward in your mouth. Everytime I woke up during the night, these were half out of my mouth. Spend the extra money on something better that actually comes with a case.
