Good stuff.
I think this flavor is AMAZING. It separates but all good nut butters do. It takes a fair amount of effort to get it back together. I wish there was more quantity for the price point.

Amazing in everything, even lattes!
I can't tell you how good this stuff is. It's sweet to the taste, but definitely not as sweet as Nutella or other similar nut spreads. This makes it perfect for my use as a barista. Dont get me wrong, you can eat this stuff from the jar by the spoon, it's that good! Some complain that it's oily, but I find it's much less oily than natural almond butters I get from our farmers co-op. If you are even remotely interested in coffee, definitely try a teaspoon of this mixed with espresso for a maple walnut latte. Life changing!

Lumpy, cannot stir, poor quality.
Poor quality! I opened this jar expecting to have to do some stirring (separation does occur). 20 minutes later I gave up. It is very lumpy, super separated, the oiliness is insane. I tried dumping out the clumps and microwaving it, still too thick. I tossed the rest. Amazon won't issue a refund. I will not be ordering this again.

Tasty but oily...VERY oily
I love the taste of this walnut butter. I think it's a bit sweeter than it needs to be but it's still good. My issue with it is that it is extremely oily and very difficult to mix in the small jar it comes in. In fact, not sure you can actually mix all the oil in there is so much of it. I tried storing it upside down to see if the oil would mix in but no such luck. Would say this walnut butter was perfect if they could cut down on the oil content.

Tastes great
I really liked the taste of this walnut butter. My only complaints are that it is expensive (but so are walnuts), and it wasn't very well mixed when I got it. Mixing it the first time was a little tedious because the part that had separated from the oil was very hard and difficult to mix. Once I got it incorporated the first time, it wasn't difficult to mix it after that.Other than that, I thought it was good. I do question the amount of sugar that is added to it. Probably why it tastes good, yet I would like to try a walnut butter with lower sugar.
