Easy to work With!
Replaced a section of carpet on our boat! Easy to work with and could be customized with a kitchen scissors. Good adhesive and so far holding up well!

Backing was very hard to remove
This should have taken me about 30 minutes to install on the floor of my boat. But the backing kept ripping and tearing. WHAT A DISASTER! It took me three hours or more. All that they needed to do was use thicker paper or reinforced paper. Plus some backing would NOT come off so I had to buy some stainless steel staples and will fix it.

It IS what it is and, sometimes, that's all you need.
Arrived at my door before I had even completed the order...HAHA, not really, but it was quick delivery...Also, one of the few times as of late where an item arrives and is exactly as you envisioned/hoped. Five minutes later, BOOM, in order to cross a task off the Honey-Do list. Adhesive was sticky, but not so sticky that you couldn't fine tune the placement. Carpet is nothing fancy, but we knew that. NEXT!

Very pleasantly surprised - great producct
I bought this carpet to use to line a shelf that I wanted to put fragile things (but heavy) on. My expectations were low - would the folds flatten out (the product arrives folded, not rolled), would the adhesive stick, would the material be soft?In the end, I was very nicely surprised to the upside. Not cheap (for a piece this size), but absolutely exactly what I wanted. The carpet goes down smoothly and flattens out smoothly. The adhesive is strong, but not impossible to reposition (at least right at the start). The color and texture is good.A very good product for my purposes, and probably for yours too.The pile is about 1/8" thick.

Be extremely careful when peeling backing.
I would have given this carpeting 5 stars for looks and durability. However, it loses a whopping 2 stars because if you are not extremely, and I mean extremely careful while peeling the backing, and it folds over and sticks to itself even for a split second, you will NEVER get that thing apart. I lost several feet of the carpet due to this. Operator error, I get that. Just want others to not have this experience. Go slow.

Easy to use
I used this carpet to cover shelves in my cats' outdoor "catio." It was easy to cut with a utility knife and adhered well. So far, it's holding up to my larger cat scratching on it, and both cats like it to lie on. Perfect for my needs in this application.

Nice product but...
Carpet is very thin, maybe 1/8 pile. Perfect for my application, but maybe not for all applications. Adhesive is very sticky (to fiberglass in my case) and lays down well. It is very difficult to get it unstuck from itself, if you make a mistake, but possible. As others have mentioned, it comes folded, which is not a problem except that the backing paper has a tenancy to tear at the shipping folds, especially if you are trying to stick down an edge and work the carpet as you pull the remaining paper. Lot's of picking to get the remaining pieces off.All in all a good product, requiring a little extra installation effort.
