Comfortable...easy to use ... good supplier...good manufacturer
Product recommended by my Chiropractor and confirmed by my PCP. Used it with no trouble and Chiropractor confirmed it was working. After eleven months it broke. I contacted the supplier ARXMEDICAL via Amazon. After a couple of rounds of information gathering I had my replacement product in eight days. ARXMEDICAL customer service exceeded the highest quality of expected service. They are a pleasure to work with. The company RS Medical clearly stands behind their product which is a real plus for the consumer... often unusual in the the current environment. EXCELLENT PRODUCT...EXCELLENT MANUFACTURER...EXCELLENT SUPPLIER!!!

Device does not fit many heads!
My Chiropractor recommended this device to help with neck pain I have been experiencing with a pinched nerve in my neck. I had tried another neck brace that pumped up that did relieve the pressure on the nerve and helped the pain to ease, but that one started leaking air.I read some reviews that it did not fit some people, and then they were unable to return it. It does say on the plastic wrap that "Not returnable if opened". How are you going to know if it works if you don't open it up?I could not get it to work for me. I followed the instructions and pumped it up, but got no Cervical decompression. It seemed to either lift my neck out or slide up the side of my head. It was also very uncomfortable.I took it with me to my next Chiropractic appointment for him to show me what I was doing wrong. He said that some have had the same trouble and that if you put a towel down where you lay your neck, that that would help keep it tight and not sliding. We did that and he got me on it and put on the head strap. I tightened it and it did the same thing. He tried a couple of other ways to make it work, including pushing my head down during pumping, but still did not work He told me to return it, and luckily since I bought it through Amazon, I can return it!Be careful in purchasing this product! I did get the right size for my neck, and my neck was tight in it. I think even if it was working properly it is still very uncomfortable the way it pushes on your ears and side of you face.I usually don't like reviews of people that only give 1 star and think that they are just sore about something! Just be careful, and make sure you can return it if you buy it!

Amazing product
I had a problem with my nick for the last ten years, it gets alot better after physical therapy and few weeks after I stop and gets back. I went to physical therapy clinic in John Hopkens hospital in Dhahran Saudi Arabia, they introduced me to this product. They actually have a number of them and they lind it to patients for a preiod of two months. Unfortunately, none was available so they advised me tp purchase one. i got mine around two weeks ago, It is wonderful.. I can't believe no body told me about this earlier. I feel alot better, my nick pain is close to nothing, i am really really satisfied. I will make sure to spread the word about this product to anyone who has problems with his nick.

Ineffective. No true decompression.
Doesn’t retract after even minimal expansion. Cannot get true decompression as it doesn’t hold one’s head well enough in the slot. Shoddy attachments of all parts. No way to actually use the ‘relaxation’ part of the pump-release therapy, as it doesn’t have a mechanism to expel the air in the baffles.… Also. Uncomfortable to use around the ears… especially when trying to hold one’s head in the position to increase compression.

Yes, It Works (at least for me)
I got one of these a few months back on my Chiropractor's recommendation. My first thought when opening the box is that I expected more for the price. It's a couple pieces of molded heavy duty foam rubber with an inflatable air bladder between them. You inflate by squeezing a little ball pump (like a blood pressure cuff has). It's well made despite it's simplicity though, and I have NO idea what a previous reviewer did to manage to pop the air bladder. The BIG question: Does it work? YES. However, you have to use common sense while using it. Seeing how far you can pump it up and wrenching your neck is a no-no. I take it easy, apply enough pressure so that I feel a modest stretch or pressure in the neck, and lay back and relax. It has to be used consistently also.Common sense means checking with a medical professional too. No product is right for every injury. All I can tell you is that it's helped me.

Cheap product/Breaks easily
I would've given this product 5 stars bc it really works and has relieved my neck problems. So why the 1 star?? The traction device broke...the blue part cracked in half and I've only had this for a year. The product is so cheaply made! The inside of the blue part is made of foam, so I can't even glue it back. At almost $300, I expected it to last much longer. Don't waste your money

The strap slips off my forehead quite easily as I pump the bulb
I possibly should have gotten small size, the Med. size doesn't fit correctly. The strap slips off my forehead quite easily as I pump the bulb.

BEST $250 I ever spent!!!
The amount of neck pain relief that i have felt in less than one week of using this device is AMAZING!!! I am a petite woman and I worried that the smallest size of R might not work - but to my suprise it fits perfect. I am SO happy i took the plunge and tried this. The quality of my sleep has improved, my posture throughout the day has improved, and the strees that occupied my shoulders and upper back has greatly decreased. I know it sounds odd, but i actually look forward to getting home in the evening and putting my neck in this contraption for 20 min! #Feelsgreat.
