I received the complete product in two different shipments due to logistical difficulties. However, both boxes arrived DAYS before the delivery date provided!!! When I received the first box with only some of the parts, I thought they had made a mistake by not including all of the parts, so I contacted them. Within a couple of hours, the seller replied explaining that the entire item would arrive in two boxes to be delivered in different days. The second box arrived the following day. It was super easy to assemble it, took 5 minutes, literally. And the final product is more than I expected; great looking chair, super comfortable, very wide (I'm 6ft tall), perfect as a work chair/station. Would definitely recommend buying this product and from this seller.And to answer a question that I received of whether the cushion is good, because in every picture people post, it looks wrinkled and baggy... the seat cushion is very nice and firm (not baggy at all). In my opinion, it looks wrinkled and baggy in every picture we post, most likely because all pictures are from the very first day the item arrives, when the cushion is still uncompressing, because it does come compressed in a bag. It's a very good item, very wide too (I'm 6ft tall and 230lbs.)

Easy to put together, fast shipping, and exactly as I expected. Family loves this new chair. Quality is nice, fabric is gorgeous, and it’s comfortable to sit in with plenty of space for a pet or child to cuddle.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. First at the easy assembly, took 20 minutes. Fabric and color are nice. I ordered the color oatmeal. Cushions need a little iron or steaming but comfy. I read some reviews saying it came in two different deliveries but we received both boxes in same shipment. Overall for the price point very nice chair. Hopefully it will hold up for awhile.

Absolutely shocked by the quality of these chairs. I bought one and my husband loved it so much that we ordered a second. He’s 6’5” and loves the amount of room in these chairs. They are super easy to put together (<5 min), arrived earlier than expected, the fabric seems easy to clean. No piling or pulls yet (we’ve had for about 5 months). They are big and sturdy and look super sleek. My new fav coffee drinking snuggle spot.

It’s more on the firm to very firm side. The comfort level was not for me- but I sold it to a friend who loves it. The back cushion was not thick or cushioney enough either, I consider changing the stuffing so I could lean back comfortably. I loved the look and size- it is a really large chair, and with an extra cushion I could sit and read on it for hours.

These are BIG and actually super sturdy and firm! I've ordered furniture online many times and it's often hit or miss. The seat cushions come vacuum packed but fluff out big and comfy yet firm. I bought the ivory linen color seen in the pics and the material is thick and high-quality! I could not be more pleased. These are absolutely beautiful.

The media could not be loaded. Omg! These sofas are beyond beautiful!! They are similar to RH sofas but for not even quarter the price! For the size, I would say that this chair is a chair and half. The fabric is very high quality and the frame structure is great quality! It was very easy to assemble as well, no tools were needed (except to a small Allen wrench to screw on the legs but it was also included in the package). The measurements of the chair are exactly as shown in the description. I bought two of these and upon receipt, I immediately ordered the long sofa as well! I would highly recommend this sofa! Customer service was amazing as well as I reached out to the seller and he responded ASAP!

Delivered in two boxes. Great packaging. Excellent instructions. Everything provided. Wife and I put the chair together in ~15 minutes. Scotch guarded the chair due to the large dog in the background.Extra large means, in my wife’s words, “two girls can sit side by side on this chair easily”For me as a 6 foot 1 male, I need upper back support. This provides that solidly. Instructions say it takes ~72 hours for the cushions to fully expand (delivered in vacuum-sealed packaging) , makes sense, and definitely worth it. Comfortably firm, thick and nearly the size of a love seat!Couldn’t be happier, thank you!
