Works great
Well built and heavy duty scraper helps a lot with the edges being square. Some scrapers are rounded and wont get to the corners as well as this one does. Works great for turning food, pressing down a smashburger, and for cleanup.

Smas burger time!!
I use this tool everyday in my food truck.Is it better than my home depot scraper? NO!!!!But it is a little wider, and I personally like that. Burgers are flipped easier.So 5 stars to this guy!!!!

Smash & Any Burger Machine
This blade/flipper/scraper is perfect for flipping burgers on a griddle, (Blackstone, large cast iron pans, etc.), and in my humble opinion, the best tool for keeping the char of a smash burger intact with the patty on that initial flip. Perfect for smash burgers!
After trying multiple other utensils, spatulas etc. I finally found the perfect tool for flipping smash burgers. Heavy duty and built like a tank!

Ordered twice, both blades are bent…manufacturing defect, or factory seconds?
Upon close inspection, the center one inch was warped slightly. This causes uneven pressure along the edge making it unusable for a griddle surface…unless you want to damage your griddle, and/or other cooking surfaces. Not all items will be perfect, so I ordered another. Same issue. I am returning one; I waited too long to report the first one so that’s on me. BTW…I reached out to both manufacturer and amazon seller (via email and feedback, respectively) and received no response.
