Excellent W.Robinson product back up
The generator arrived earlier than predicted. All was well apart from the electric starter not functioning. Their tech guy Daniel consulted the product wiring diagram and talked me through an idiot proof potential fix (a spade connector not attached). Jubilation at both ends of the line when the starter fired up. Apart from that, it's a great generator. For domestic back-up users like me, be aware you'll need to make provision for a 32amp 230v feed socket if you're thinking of how to supply house basics.
