I bought this PC last year as I didn't have time to build my own between work and college. I mainly just wanted to play Baldurs Gate 3 asap, and this did the job. It has been surprisingly reliable beyween gaming and homework, and I can't say that I've really had any issues with it so far. I do want to point out though – the parts (cpu, gpu, ram) are definitely not even close to the latest models. It has DDR3 RAM which surprised me to find out, when DDR4 has been the standard for some time and DDR5 is becoming more popular. I also upgraded to a Samsung NVMe M.2 2TB SSD which helped also, since it only included a 512GB SATA SSD I believe. The 1660 ti is a good GPU, even though it's been out for quite awhile. I've found it can handle just about any game I've tried so far on at least medium to high settings normally (auto detect settings on bg3 even puts it at ultra). Also, it doesn't include integrated wifi, so you'll need to buy a USB wifi dongle if you're not connecting it directly by ethernet cable. I believe someone recommended one in another comment (which I did purchase for about $20 and have had no issues). Ultimately, if you're looking for a relatively low cost PC that will (mostly) be ready out of the box then I do recommend this PC based on its reliability, ease of setup and absence of issues thus far. However, is this the best prebuilt setup available for the price? Probably not. For better value, I'd recommend searching Microcenter or Newegg's deals (especially refurbished). If I remember correctly, I did receive this PC pretty fast after ordering with Prime. If you're in a hurry I suppose that could be justification enough. It mostly comes down to whether you're prioritizing overall value or convenience. I'm in the process of putting together my own AMD build now, but I have to say this PC has served its purpose quite well over the last year.

This was great at first, worked really great for the first two weeks but after that one of the fans stopped working. After about 6 months the PC completely crashed and failed (Along with the mouse). It couldn’t even be fixed. As others have said as well, you can’t have windows without some form of piracy and that also causes a ton of problems. Just do your self a favor and don’t waste your money on this.

This is a very nice computer. It is as good as any I have built. I am really impressed by the boot up speed. The response time to mouse inputs and the speed on the internet.This is a reliable and fast computer.

best bang for your buck! bought for my 16 year old gamer and it was a great option! Looks awesome, runs well and is not cheaply made

**update** we replaced the Ram and it works fine. Ram failed after 2 months everything else is good. I’ll take back my one star and give it 4.The first one we received wouldn't power on. We figured something probably got jarred loose during shipping so we returned it and received the replacement. My 10 year uses this computer for mainly games like Roblox, Fortnite or Youtube. We got it set up on 3/4 and here we are just over 2 months later and the computer is completely unusable. Any app that is opened will instantly freeze the computer and it will throw an error code. It's thrown multiple different ones indicating everything from the Ram to the motherboard. I'm livid. We did a complete reset of the entire thing and it is still nothing more than a very heavy, expensive, unusable paperweight. My 10 year old saved all of his Christmas and Birthday money for a year to get this garbage, unacceptable.

Very cool and very fast (processing) computer. It looks just like in the photos. It also has a controller to adjust the lights for your liking, or you can turn them off.I’m using it for 3D printing rather than gaming. My old computer was 15 years old and this upgrade makes me feel like I purchased a Lamborghini.

Update: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!PC was purchased in September and crashed by May leaving it unable to be repaired. Reached out to seller for assistance and they sent out a replacement PC which I have yet to be able to use. The replacement PC came with a damaged video card, leaving it, unable to transmit video data to the monitor. Contacted technical support again and here I am one week later with still no solution insight. I was told a week ago that they were going to email me a return shipping label to send the damaged video card back, when I called this morning because I hadn’t received that label, tech-support informed me that they had more questions regarding the problem and had yet to process the replacement.1st review: WiFi card runs a lot slower than I expected and fans are a little loud. For the price it’s not a bad little pc. When it’s time to update, you’ll need a whole new computer as the components are all built in.Had PC warranty when they sent me back a new PC the video card parts were dented, had to call them again and they sent me out a new video card a week later and I had to install it myself. When I receive the new computer it does not have the same equipment installed as the old one.It had an older processor and motherboard. It had a older processor and motherboard than the original computer had this company is an absolute fraud and I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

The media could not be loaded. I was very excited and surprised at the ease of setup and the power of the computer. This is for my 12 year old son, he run Roblox and steam games and also connects his VR with a link cable and it bridges seamless. The computer is very fast and updated with windows 11. He loves all the lights and the mouse pad which can all be changed with a remote . Very good quality for the price and will be able to be updated as he gets older . I highly recommend this computer 10/10
